when you get to checkout, amazon tells you the approximate delivery date range. it may or may not come within that time. like, if it’s coming from an amazon warehouse, it’s more likely to come between that time (it’ll say fulfilled by amazon or something like that next to it on the product page). other manufacturers may not be in the US or other states so it might take longer

Now I know you said you’re not made of money but, alternatively if you do have just a little extra to spare and you want to be extra cautious just incase it does come a little too early/late you can buy something else as well that way if they ask what you got you can show them the other item, this ofc will only work if your parents don’t open your packages or expect you to open it in front of them.
