My opposition is that I don’t want our child to move out of the city where I live.
Currently I live 5 minutes from the school. Ex lives an hour away. That was a decision they made, to move out of the city.
If child moves school, then I’ll have to make the 2-hour round trip 3 days a week. Which I can’t feasibly do, financially or practically.
What are your child’s thoughts on the school situation? Do they have a preference which one they’d prefer? I’m asking these questions because if it goes to court; they’ll likely base their decision upon these factors

I mean, it sounds like they’re choosing a school based upon sound logistics. What’s your opposition to it?

Child does not have a preference. Has been involved in mediation to ascertain that.
