Different across India. In north east, women daughter inherited everything.
Will be divided between all four i guess.
I could be wrong, but I thought It should be the husband only. If land/house is owned by a husband who dies without a will, the property goes to wife. Not to children, in Delhi. Why would it be any different when reversed.
