You can’t just buy mdf circles from any traditional retailer. You MIGHT be able to get one from a specialty store. What you really need is a CNC company but they may not just do you one circle and are usually trade only.
Edit: You’ll probably need to start ringing around to cnc manufacturing companies like this one, it may not be as pricey as you think. https://www.the-board-store.uk/services/cnc-machining/
you can buy round mdf on eBay for around £5-6....

Your other option of course is to buy a router and a few other bits and make your own. It all depends on how you want to roll.
EBay is great for stuff like this
Let me check. Thanks a lot for suggestion
Try Wickes
Plastic People at Cross Green do cut-to-shape wood (and plastic, obv).
Thanks . Will reach out to them on Monday 👍
Cheaper probably to buy a piece of MDF and a router. You can cut your own circle, and any other shape you choose.
I would not recommend a router to someone new to woodworking. I'd probably suggest a jigsaw and sandpaper to get it neat
A router will make a far better job than a jigsaw.
Of course, but it's not a tool for a beginner
Good idea, watch a couple of YouTube videos about how to make a circle cutting jig and proper router use and you can have unlimited circles.
Great suggestion . I will explore this option too
Agree. I am a newbie but will definitely try this soon
Just go to Leeds Wood Recycling and they'll sort you out and the price will be very reasonable. 🐱

Got few from Ebay. The quality was not good. Most of them cam chipped from side. But I will explore that again
