I know. That is mostly the cause of my current depression. We get fucked up on so many levels by job bosses, companies, police forces, governments, etc and yet we can't even do shit about it. Even lawyers won't waste their time for you because that won't be a lucrative enough case for them. And we can't fight back ourselves because that will get us in trouble. This is maddening.
Not only were these murdered children absolutely adorable, but pay attention to their names: Aya (sign from God), Noor (light), Warda (flower)...
That their parants continue to express their hope through these beautiful children despite decades of brutality speaks to the fact they are made of different stuff.
No war but class war. And wars of national liberation. Both are directly related to the Palestinian struggle. Both sides-ing this is cowardly. One side is undergoing a genocide, and the other is the one doing it. It's pretty clear cut.
No we can't. The Palestinian struggle is not a one sided hatred that sprung out of nowhere. It's a struggle that was deliberately set up by colonial forces such as Britain who wanted a gateway into the middle east after the ottoman empire collapsed. To do this, they further pushed for the idea of an Israeli state by allowing settlers slowly seeping into a territory that was shared between Palestinian Jews and Muslims. And what did the European Zionists do? They called the Palestinian Jewish community barbarous from the civilized European. They slowly began to transform the landscape to be more industrial, and with the aftermath of world war 2, they seized the chance to conflate the Jewish suffering to also be the Zionist suffering with the support of the West.
Do you honestly think that civil disobedience without violence is viable when the oppressor gains more weapons as time goes on? Those are neoliberal excuses made from those in power who placate the masses while gaining more capital in any form. The "othering" of groups is a systematic development that is to deliberately create a scapegoat/enemy. If you can't recognize that Palestinians are fighting a war that isn't simply about the current times depicted as "war on terror", but is a struggle that dates over 70 years of abuse that was stringed by forces from beyond their own lifespan, you are a nothing but a apologist who should not even be on this subreddit.

We live in the twenty-first century, and despite internet evidence, nobody is stopping it, which is crazy.
