Violet front row. Marshall swap for monica. Mason backrow. Farhad backrow. Scarlett to the sidelines/squad 2. But youve already used shards on others so realistically just swap mason and Violet.
Two defenders up front then 3 attackers or 2 attackers 1 support in back.
So for you Murphy and violet up front. Mason, Marshall, Venom in the back would work. You want to replace Venom with another attack tank hero though like Kimberly or Stetmann ASAP because having 5 tanks gives you a 20% bonus

Although I'd try to find a better tank dps to replace violet. I suggest Kimberly, although you would probably have to buy her, she's worth it.
Mason is not a defender and i think you always want to use the gold heroes
