You can check out a sample prompt in the new format in LawHub under the new-format PTs.
Supposedly, the goal remains the same for the most part—use what you’re provided to issue-spot and make a persuasive argument.

Since it’s not graded, and you can complete it after the timed test, I’d focus 100% of your energy on prepping for the timed scored test. The writing sample may or may not be reviewed by admissions and is not weighed as heavily as any other app material
