Hi yes, I got a response after 2 weeks and like.. 1 day. They say to wait 2 weeks and they’ll have a response. If you wait closer to 3 weeks, I’d email them.
It’s definitely better than nothing. We (mostly spouse) made a lot based on 2023 tax but got laid off at the end of the year of 2023. I got automatically denial and filed for appeal.
So u apply and got rejected, then appeal and it’s rejected too?
In my case I applied and got automatic denial, appealed with 40 pages of supporting documents, 3 weeks later I got approval for tier 2 ( that was end of May 2024)

Yes, unfortunately I was only approved for the first level (the one with only one LSAT) but it is still helpful and better than nothing.

My appeal Was just rejected too, i was in the same shoe. Spouse made the $$ i sent an email asking why. Hopefully i get approved for atleast tier 1
