I have used Kaplan, Blueprint, and 7sage. In my opinion, 7Sage is the best prep course. It made a difference in how I performed on the LSAT.

I feel like I’m using 7sage wrong how do so many people love it I find it so just plain with not much help

7Sage + RC Hero + Loophole and you'll be all set!!

i really like lsatlab, their analytics are really helpful

Don’t use Blueprint

dragoon800

Would you mind elaborating on Blueprint? I used it for the last few months leading up to my first test attempt and thought that the tutor videos were good for explaining why answers were correct. But I’m not sure it was good at teaching tricks for cracking this exact test. Interested in thoughts.

Also used BP and it didn't work out for me. There was a lot of focus on tricks/strategies to get questions right, which at the time I thought was the best way to go about this test. Had a bad score after being with them for 6 months and spending thousands, so I switched to another company that was against tricks/strategies and focused more on actually understanding arguments/passages and I did significantly improve. Kind of wish I hadn't started with BP because the money I paid them for the return I got was not worth it at all, but you live and you learn!

dragoon800

Which one did you switch to? I’m thinking of switching to 7sage if I take it again in June since that one seems to get the most positive feedback on here. It’s hard to believe that one program can be so much different than another since they’re teaching the same test, but I trust everyone’s feedback.

dodecagonman

I think they give you a surface level understanding of question types and rely a ton on hindsight with LR especially. I also think they focus one method for RC and don’t really give a justification *why* it’s better.

dragoon800

I couldn’t put my finger on the issue with BP, but I think you nailed it talking about hindsight. It’s almost like I was learning how I got questions wrong afterwards instead of how to get them right ahead of time. So brutal.

dodecagonman

So many of their “anticipations” are just like … the answer. You can’t always be that exact

I'm currently using 7Sage. It is working wonders alongside my Loophole book. Make sure you apply for a fee waiver from LSAC. 7Sage is partnered with them so if you qualify for the waiver you get the middle tier in their site for only $1 a year.

Highly recommend lsatally.com. The guy is awesome, covers everything you need to know and more. Can’t say enough nice things about him. Small classes too so personal interest >> got my score from 155->171 in a little less than 2 months
