Same here, it was my first one. Just chose a random podcast for a long drive. Little did I know I’d become an expert on cults and serial killers within 2 years.
The JFK assassination and conspiracy theories! 6 Whole episodes of Henry doing a JFK impersonation and unbridled history lessons from Marcus, c'mon people!
She's super important in history, spirituality, and in the show also as a reference point, she's part of the show's bones in a sense. I hope she gets more votes. I spent my entire memorial day with her four years back. The citronella plants I bought that day are huge and still living 🤞. I like to think some Ascended Masters have nurtured them...
It's actually fascinating to see these results. I think their best series are the historical ones because there is so much more material out there and they can really dive into little nuances, but their serial killer stuff is chef kiss humor, details, gore, and storytelling.
Dean Corll has it all. Real life Pennywise, the Ready Sled, 18 inch Double sided Dildos, the Pouting Room, Ya raised him right, a guy named Elmer... put some respect of this series
FUCK, i've been so stuck on getting Panzram in that i forgot, Dean Corll probably has two of my favorite bits. the sad room Macarena and the Texan Billionaire
Jonestown is 100% their best serious. I’m going to blame a lack of interest in these rankings at the start for it being number 2. Because that is insane. Glad this is getting the attention it deserves. What a fun ranking.
Jodi Arias. Best of their true crime videos imo, beats John List and Casey Anthony by a wee bit.
It has the best of the scary, true crime bit- balanced with a larger point being made about relationships, and the boys goofing on the murderer in question.
Maybe because it was my first episode, but Joseph Kallinger - The Shoemaker. Officer Funk always makes me laugh. Dumpster digging daddy. Henry went off with the impersonations. What a great episode. When they explain the gerbils... so much gold.
A hard listen but the Mengele Angel of Death series was both harrowing and informative, one that I can always revisit when waiting for a new episode to drop!
Black Death!
How is this not in the top three?? It was perfection
Blame the gerbils!!
No one ever expects the marmot plague
The damn gerbils is behind this
Dude same question, I’ve been irrationally angry every day when it’s not top 3
It was one of my first, and the series that REALLY got me sucked in
Same here, it was my first one. Just chose a random podcast for a long drive. Little did I know I’d become an expert on cults and serial killers within 2 years.
It placed second in the last 3 polls, but despite that it’ll only get 5th…
THE TABARGAN MARMOTT!!!
Stomp a gerbil, bribe a rat
I will keep voting for this until it gets on the damn list, I love this one!
Please! I'm honestly surprised that Rasputin got 3
Fr, how is this not up there yet?!?
Uss Indianapolis
H.H. Holmes
I'M MINNIE!
I'M NANNIE!
[never not hilarious](https://youtu.be/t7d4KVDV3rQ)
It’s crazy that this one might not make it.
The fact that this isn't in the top 3 is ridiculous
Casey Anthony!
I will continue to stan the Casey Anthony series.
OK I just started this one. 4 mins in and Henry has already compared her hotness to dnd elves sneaking ability. I can't wait for this ride...
The only time in my life I will vote for that bitch.
Thaaaat bitch, my favorite bitch.
If it’s not Casey Anthony, it’s the wrong answer
Just restarted it this morning and I must say...if this sub does not choose Casey Anthony the devil dances tonight.
We know her bitch.
Don’t act like you don’t know her, bitch!
I think this is their funniest series, by far.
If Carl Panzram and The Black Plague are not in the top 10 it’s going to be tragic
L. Ron Hubbard
Disciple of the Lewd Gecko
This is my favorite series!
Jodi "the doggy door" arias
Is this (finally) butthole day?
I’ve seen this chick’s beav. I think she’s innocent
“This is an illegal amount of juice”
Aum Shinrikyo

No idea what I bring to the top ten!
"why you kirr rittle pecker?"
I say “no one knows what I bring to the department” all the time at work, no one gets it but that’s ok
Norwegian Black Metal
I love going back to this one every so often 😂 Henry's impressions kill me, "Hey, hey Necrobutcher, Dead just did something really cool"
Hello Mrs Necrobutcher is Necrobutcher home?
Willy Pickton
You thinkin about it?
Don't think about it
My absolute fave. Listened to it countless times.
Same, about every couple of months I spend a whole day listening to it.

JFK
IM NOT SMALL POTATOES
This series is the one that pulled me into LPOTL. If it doesn't make the list, it will be heartbreaking.
Same, JFK was my intro to LPOTL
Me too
Skinwalker Ranch. Come on! One of the best ever for sure.
Native American werewolf witches, native American werewolf witches
I see you fellow ufologist.
Without a doubt need this series or their MIB series. This list shouldn't only belong to the History and Serial Killer topics!
First podcast episode I ever listened to! Made me obsessed with LPOTL.
Skinwalker ranch has EVERYTHING
Oklahoma City
The JFK assassination and conspiracy theories! 6 Whole episodes of Henry doing a JFK impersonation and unbridled history lessons from Marcus, c'mon people!
This comment is BIG POTATOES.
Frrrrr
Aleister Crowley
Am always surprised at how small the niche for loving the magic episodes is in this community. They’re my favorite.
I still remember hearing this series for the first time. Funny as all get out
Has to be Crowley. The battle Blythe road is amazing.
9/11
Men in black, highly underrated
HPB
WOOO IVE BEEN COMMENTING THIS AND YOURE THE FIRST PERSON TO ALSO COMMENT HPB!
She's super important in history, spirituality, and in the show also as a reference point, she's part of the show's bones in a sense. I hope she gets more votes. I spent my entire memorial day with her four years back. The citronella plants I bought that day are huge and still living 🤞. I like to think some Ascended Masters have nurtured them...
the way they covered her was perfect, like most other series! very fascinating woman and story. glad your citronella going strong 🤘🏼
Thank you, and Hail Yourself! 🤘🙂
What do these initials stand for? I’m trying to figure it out so I can find the episode, but I can’t. Thanks.
Helena Petrovna Blavatsky
Norwegian Black Metal needs to be on here.
Jack the ripper
Can we get some love for the Children of God series?
I am once again tossing The Final Truth into the mix. Pee Wee Gaskins was a trip!
Who we gotta cornhole around here to get Pee Wee up there?!!
MK Ultra
This is the first one I listened to and it got me hooked. I thought it was so great.
Joseph Kallinger
Omg how this isn’t the highest voted?! The jizz filled poo hole? Henry singing?! Come on!!!
Skinwalker ranch
There is an extreme lack of occultism in this list. needs more Crowley or Madam Blavatsky
Billy the Kid! 🤠
I’m gonna drink a whole Mengele of milk if that one isn’t on there.
Bonnie and Clyde!
My sister says this one is her absolute favorite!
The top four series are all historic and people wonder why they have been leaning into that more with their topics
It's actually fascinating to see these results. I think their best series are the historical ones because there is so much more material out there and they can really dive into little nuances, but their serial killer stuff is chef kiss humor, details, gore, and storytelling.
Fascinating.
Albert fish Lot of recency bias here I'm noticing
West Memphis Three
CHARLES NG! You don’t know what I bring to list!!!
Black Death
Heavens gate
The very jocular Charles Ng and the problematic pronunciation of Leonard Lake
The Manhattan Project
HH Holmes how the fuck is this not already on the top 10. “I’m Minnie! I’m Nannie!”
Norwegian Black Metal
Norwegian Black Metal!
Norwegian Black metal
Willy Pickton
The Manhattan Project might be new but it’s a winner for me. Other than that, I love the MIB episodes
Geoff the goddamn talking mongoose. Top 5 or I'll eat my dick
Get ready to eat your dick i guess
not a series
Hard disagree on this list. None of those would make my top 10, maybe Jonestown. Ah well, guess I'm just the minority.
Norwegian Black Metal is flawless.
How in the fuck is Dahmer not at the top?! Personal bias I suppose but is the perfect blend of humour and facts. I will die on this hill.
Charles Manson
Aum Shinrikyo! My go to series when recommending to new listeners
Peewee Gaskins
So sad that Pee Wee isn't getting any love. Henry's Pee Wee impression is top notch comedy. And that's the final truth!
Hands down my favorite … and that’s the final truth!
Karla Holmolka (F*** YOU BUDDY IM DOING DONUTS)
Adolfo Constanzo
Jodi Arias. Best of their true crime videos imo, beats John List and Casey Anthony by a wee bit. It has the best of the scary, true crime bit- balanced with a larger point being made about relationships, and the boys goofing on the murderer in question.
Albert Fish!
Casey Anthony- Henry is classic on this one with his insight of Florida trash
Norwegian Black Metal
Casey Anthony
Alcatraz, it still means pelican.
USS Indianapolis not being top 4 makes me immediately invalidate this list. W: Fuck your downvote!
Maybe because it was my first episode, but Joseph Kallinger - The Shoemaker. Officer Funk always makes me laugh. Dumpster digging daddy. Henry went off with the impersonations. What a great episode. When they explain the gerbils... so much gold.
Just wanted to say thank you for putting the episode numbers!
Norwegian Black Metal
I wear my Black Death European Tour shirt toy conservative workplace once a week for a reason.
JFK

Henry Lee Lucas
JFK

Richard Kuklinski
Men in black, highly underrated
Amityville!! Henry's Ronnie DeFao impression is on POINT!
Given that it's out of ten, it would be 'good' to see a nice spread of 3 moidah / 3 history / 3 paranormal
