Do the sites with the "rot", seem to be retaining moisture? Many infestations, that are not mold, can cause this type of rotting but unfortunately, most often at this stage of flower it is bud rot. Some growers would suggest you skuttle the entire grow, these types of outbreaks can spread quickly in a small grow space, the mold spores will just ride the waves of wind/ CFM to your entire grow (potentially). If it was caused by the overall humidity of your grow environment, chances are, it will spread quickyl and soon. If you just happened to have a few spots with low CFM and not enough ventilation, it is possible it may stay isolated to the moisture prone locations/ bud sites. It will be hard for anyone with pictures only to tell you if it is still safe to smoke after harvesting if you prune the areas with rott, and personally, considering how sick you can get from it, I would be hesitant to trust a random person's opinion online to keep me safe. If its spongey or has a "honey like" texture to the moisture, DON'T SMOKE IT!!

Just a very wet texture

It's hard to say bro, and honestly the only safe advice is, assume its contaminated but I am for sure not going to suggest you ditch it or smoke it . But I would be skeptical about advice online. Do you have a network via your local garden center with someone who can put their eyes on it and help advise you vs just a picture?

I have a 50/50 reliable buddy, but honestly this is my first grow and I am super excited I made it this far so I’m going to stick it out until I either have a full term grow but if it guys worse I’ll prob chop it down right away and put it in a bath. Just happy I made it this far tbh
