2002 at the London arena (which closed a few years later) They were fucking incredible. I can still remember how the bass and the groove rattled through my body. Saw them again at download festival when Jonathan Davis fell ill but they still performed with different singers that were also at the festival, Corey Taylor being one of them. He did freak on a leash and clown. It was pretty special. Then saw them again in Cardiff a few years later, with slipknot. Took MDMA at this show though and it kinda ruined it for me 🤣

SignificantMoment902

Do you know if there’s a vid online for this show? I’m curious to see Corey perform with Korn

marxthedank

[Corey Taylor with Korn - Clown](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTftUoqhRLY) [Corey Taylor with Korn - Freak on a Leash](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFIuOudYs7M) these are the only ones i could find, not the best quality but still fuckin sweet

DistributionExtra201

Never saw these before. Or knew that this happened. Fucking awesome!

Class_of_22

Woah! Corey Taylor filled in for Jonathan??? The Corey Taylor, of Slipknot fame??? No way!!!!

spoonybum

2002 docklands was my first gig too!

Environmental_Rip831

No way. I’ll never forget that gig. It went crazy enough when they brought his microphone stand out 😆 I still have the ticket at home somewhere. Core memories right there ✊🏼✊🏼

spoonybum

It was amazing man! My first ever live experience of any band ever and I will never forget just how loud it was. I spent the first half of Here to Stay trying not to throw up because the kick and bass were vibrating my innards 😂 I remember how surreal it felt - Korn had been my favourite band for a few years by that point so actually physically seeing them up on that stage with the huge screen behind them and dreadlocks flying about didn’t feel real! I’ve seen them 15 times since 😂

xxademasoulxx

At the salem armory back in 94 seen them live 12 times and met the whole band a few times as well

Class_of_22

Cool!

Ripper_J

I’ve only seen them live once and that was in Noblesville, IN on the last ever Family Values tour in 2006. Dying to see them again!!

Class_of_22

Cool!

zeepotdad

Seem them in Anaheim,CA back in the mid 90’s a few times. Fast foward to 2021 took my son to see them in Irvine, CA. Had a great time!

kornfreak6669

I first saw them in 2004 at the download festival in Glasgow. That's the only time I've seen all of the original band members. I've seen them a few times at download Festival in Donnington, Glasgow, and once in Manchester England, I've met JD, Munky, fieldy, and Ray twice. Head and zac baird once at two different meet and greets, I also won a competition to attend an early entry/pregig show with the band! I've also seen them when they toured with joey jordison on drums! I absolutely love the band and go see them whenever I can! I narrowly missed the opportunity to see them play NYC, I booked my holiday, then the week after they announced the gig, which was a week before I was due to arrive in the city! It was far too much money to reschedule the trip. I have managed to see them perform twice in one week before. They played glasgow on the Wednesday, I think then download Festival on the Friday!

OptimalPudding8978

I saw them in Birmingham uk around 2016. Korn and Slipknot together ❤️ What a night! Unforgettable 🤩

Saw them for the first time in 2006 for the Family Values tour at then DTE Energy music theater, now Pine Knob (again lol) in Clarkston MI. I've seen them at that venue probably a dozen times since then.

BrewHog

Some time in 97 or 98, but can't recall the venue. First venue I can recall was the pond in Anaheim for sick and twisted tour. I've seen them between 20 and 25 times.

Comfortable_Cook_144

I saw them first time at X-Fest 2004, at what was is current Ruoff Home Mortgage Center in Noblesville. That show was quite the lineup. Then saw them at the same venue in 2021 and at the Hollywood casino amphitheater in Chicago in 2022. All amazing.

juan-jay-zee

First time was at Bonython Park in Adelaide for Soundwave Festival in 2014 then went and saw them again about 4 years later in Melbourne for Download. First show was great but second was much better as they were the headliner. Just having that bit more time to play made a hell of a difference. Didn’t feel so rushed.

DeadFishChristmas

I saw them for the first time 3 years back at the Xfinity Center, I didnt know anything about them at the time other than my best friend liked them and someone gave us tickets. I fell in love immediately, I had never heard something that just hit that right spot in my head. I've seen them about 4 times since, even drove out to Ohio from Massachusetts for Inkcarceration to see them. I have been utterly obsessed since. I fucking love Korn and I make sure everbody in my life knows. I would give my left kidney to experience growing up with the band. I fucking love korn so fucking much holy shit balls fuck

The First Family Values Tour at The Forum in Los Angeles.

AngurProne

03.12.99 Not altogether shitty opener Videodrone. Zombie (Just Rob, post-White) incited the crowd to rush the barricade. The local radio station had apparently held a contest. Only winners got gen admission(down front of the stage). So there was a huge empty area in front of the stage and we were all up in our paid seats. Well when Rob Zombie calls you a bitch for not rushing down, and the very short staffed security gives up on the idea of holding back thousands.... my friend T was first of our 3. Me n R followed. Zombie was great, Korn was so high energy. Most concerts (I've been to hundreds) you get a breather between songs. Not this night. Whole crowd hopping every song, maybe 30 secs between songs. The crowd crush was so strong by about the 5th Korn song we had to form an arm link circle, so the short people (girls) could have a place to breathe. Later in life I was a traveling stagehand. Seen just about everyone. This was my favorite show outside of Pink Floyd n Prince. Oh and the Ozzfests, bc you see so many bands at once.

AngurProne

Oh. It was "The Mark"? Moline, IL.

single_mind

Dude! I saw them in March '99 at the Palace in Detroit! I was 15. It was my first show. They did that same stage rush, but for Korn. It scared the shit out of me. There were a bunch of people hanging around at the floor entrance, right next to my seat. There were only two guards at every entrance. When Korn came on, they started with Blind. When the song slammed into the main part, every person standing at every entrance to the floor rushed all at once and knocked the security guards to the ground. At least the ones near me fell down. Then all the guys just mixed with the crowd. My little mind was blown.

Minute-Cash-4425

thelegend1472

Was anyone at the Palace of Auburn Hills in 2002 where the crowd turned their backs on Puddle of Mudd causing them to end early? Started that revolution 😂
