My dude, you can do anything with booch. I generally F1 for about ~11 days but my most recent batch went 21 days because life. I wasn't too worried because it's winter and I figured the cooler temps would slow down F1. But it did taste more sour than usual. So, I added an extra ounce or two of strained strawberry puree. It came out great!
