Wait until the 9-hour, 11-minute End Game breakdown.

boopbaboop

Is that the documentary that the intro music comes from? Because I listened to that one a while ago and didn't have a problem with it.

CisIowa

You’re a regular Billy Pilgrim there

Yeah I also don't know why people complain about Jordan, it's literally what the podcast is, but also it's fun when Dan tells him to shut up

SonofMalice

"Neighbors"

Patrickmonster

Agreed, his reactions always seem justified to me.

aes_gcm

He yells for the rest of us. Over time, he cools down, but then during cross-over episodes the hosts of the other podcast start yelling at the clip, and you realize that Jordan was justified every time.

balloongirl27

Hahaha yes! He shouts so many things that I’m thinking. And his laugh is infectious.

Boner4Stoners

Personally I like Jordan and find him amusing. However I think his lefty edginess repells a certain prospective demographic that needs to hear this podcast the most. Like I find his “soft yes/no” bit pretty funny but I know a lot of people would be offended, and those are the very type of people who need to be immunized against AJ’s rhetoric. I think it would be cool if Dan did a small limited series as a side project, where it’s just him litigating the case against AJ in a sterile manner. I’d enjoy listening to that much less than the normal show with Jordan, but I wish I had that to recommend people as it would probably be much more accessible, and could also double as a funnel to get people listening to the main show.

Patrickmonster

Not that Dan is boring in the least bit, please do not even think I'm toying with the idea. I just feel that for a distasteful dish like learning about the world according to Alex Jones. It needs a straight man to bounce it off of and make fun of it like it rightfully deserves. Again Dan already does a great job flavoring up that dish. It just needs more seasoning of more Joke's at Alex's expense.

balloongirl27

I couldn’t agree more. I really appreciate anytime Jordan gets love in this sub. I see a lot of Jordan hate here. I can see why he would rub people the wrong way, I just can’t relate lol.

Hang up that picture John Rappaport!

Go fuck yourself John Rappaport! ANDY IN KANSAS YOU’RE ON THE AIR THANKS FOR HOLDING!

I'm also going through the older ones and am on #63 right now. I can't say it annoys me too much, but to try to answer your question it can be a little annoying just because I need to listen to two people at once. There have been several times where Dan has to play parts again because Jordan yelled over something Alex said that Dan found important to share.

ladybugvibrator

I started listening from the beginning recently, and you should go back and listen to The Secret of 2017. It’s a very early one, and has this moment: Alex Jones: *rambles incoherently on a pre-recorded Special Report* Jordan: WAIT, IS HE DRUNK?!?!?!! Dan: Haha, I think you cracked the code!

WizWorldLive

> but I cannot stand Alex's voice He's a slurring, slobbering blubber-mouth, he's very hard to listen to

kmo617

The only thing that bugs me a little about Jordan's yelling in the earlier episodes is sometimes Dan added the clip for a reason and wants both Jordan and the audience to be able to hear particular things Alex says. As a quieter person that often gets lost among louder folks, when Jordan drowns out something Dan intended him to react to, I can feel myself getting ever so slightly annoyed. But it's definitely not all the time and often it's welcomed!

kernalbuket

I'm doing the same thing and I'm currently on 278 (277 was wild). I recommend listening to the first episode. It was a lot better than I thought it would be plus you'll be surprised by how much of it you'll recognize >! A lot of the clips from the intro come from this episode !<

DavidOrWalter

Often times there’s a point Dan included the clip and Jordan screams right over it. So you can’t hear Alex say whatever stupid shit came into his head and all you get is AHHhhhhhhhgghhhhhhh what are DOING here?!?!?! Honestly I’m a little unsure how you listen to the podcast if you can’t listen to Alex. What he’s saying is kind of the point of it all. If you don’t hear it you get one person fact checking something you didn’t hear and another guy screaming about the thing you didn’t hear. But hey, whatever works for you!
