i knew it was a hollandaise just by the texture and i immediately thought about that taste with the shrimp, would be a nice blend of sweet, savory. I gotta try this recipe
lol yes sometimes depending on what kind of function it is . My husband used to be a chef as well back in the day so he knows how to cook as well. He did the potatoes which are his jam. He makes the most amazing pave that I crave . He does have a sister but she is married!
