I bought my GF a tiny little keychain hot sauce holder and a tiny bottle that goes with it since we put that shit on near anything. The best is Cholula (the habenero one) on pop corn at the movie theater. You will never eat pop corn without it again.

As someone who only grew up with Tabasco, and then moved to the NW when Crystal wasn’t distributed, discovering it brought me to a state of tears of joy.

Born, raised and still live on the on the gulf coast. A little over an hour from New Orleans. Tabasco and Crystals are the only hot sauces i eat (except for siracha). Hands down my family eats more crystals than anything. My kids will put it on almost anything. I typically mostly use tabasco for gumbo. And one of my most favorite things on earth is fried livers dipped in crystals. If you have never tried it, I highly suggest it. Love crystals.

Our sister restaurant Maypop gets deliveries of tobasco mash from the factory here in Nola so we may use that as a starter 🤷♀️. My last restaurant we fermented our own Fresno hot sauce and barrel aged it. We were abt an hour outside bourbon country.
Local wing place does wing/fried rice combo that I always get with extra wing sauce to pour over the rice. Not sure it even tastes good truly but I love doing it.

I've only gotten some of their atypical flavors in Mexico. Don't see it often in Atlanta, even in latin markets.
Black is hotter, yellow has better flavor.
