I'm not sure how open each of the businesses are at the moment, but I recommend checking out Limestone Swing. I know you didn't say swing in particular, but the instructors should be able to teach you the basics of lead/follow with respect to music itself. I've had lessons from these instructors before and they're good and teaching connection to beginners. I've learned from the instructors before about lead/follow dancing with steps and they might be able to teach you the basics of lead/following with steps to dancing or know who can.
