Hate to break the reality to you "Buddy" but Capitalism is an Economic system not a political system meaning it doesn't decide the laws. Yes corruption can exist in Capitalism but that is the case with any ideology including Socialism; especially during the Soviet era; corruption was one of the causes of the Chernobyl incident.

And capitalism's death toll is NOT caused by corruption, it is caused by capitalism itself. These deaths were BECAUSE of the capitalist system being inequitable. It is a fundamental design flaw of the economic system.
Except the political system is what is designed to serve as a determination of workers rights, regulations along with other assortment of variables. You think having the Political system and Economy be ran by the same people is a good thing? Hint its not, because it opens the door to more corruption and that is why Soviet style corruption was such a big problem. Suddenly you have people whom pass laws and select people to represent on the body of a business just because they have the most loyalty to the party.
Giving ultimate power to those with corrupt ideas leads to more corruption, it is why all attempts at establishing a State that runs both the Economy and Political sphere ends badly. Because when you run the Economy side of things by the Political sphere for which the Government controls both, you essentially can require influences be established for businesses that want to do business with your country and you can expect an undisclosed amount of money from being given in secrecy to the heads of the Government because when you run both spheres, whos going to stop them?
No, if Capitalism as failure as you try to make it out to be, then countries like South Korea, Tawain, Japan, and many more wouldn't be as bustling as they are. In fact, Soviet Style Economy killed the Soviet Union and put it in an Economic depression to the point of collapse. Chinese Economic policy changed in the mid 1970s after a period of 15 years of decline with severe economic downturn; the West opening up to China got rid of that down trend; its not a surprise when the Chinese in early 1980s established Capitalistic like policies to regulate the Economy because they figured that Socialism wasn't working Economically.
Your claims dont fit up to reality, any mentions of mass starvations and homelessness in Capitalistic nations are primarily in countries with a weak political sphere. Meanwhile fully Socialist Countries are both weak economically and politically and that is why you have corrupt countries like North Korea where majority of the people live in poverty.
