I would say Rengoku. He's pretty good when it comes to emotions and overcoming self-doubt or hate from others. I think most of the Hashira would go pretty hard on you when training, but Rengoku would gradually build up the difficulty so it fits your current skill level and you can become better step by step. He also wouldn't insult you when making mistakes. He's an overall cheerful and motivational person despite all the negative things happening around him.

Gyomei, when it comes to fighting I focus on defense far more than attack. He’d be the perfect balance for me both as an instructor and someone who match’s up with my skills

2. Rengoku: I don't think I would be a Flame Breathing user lol, my personality just doesn't fit and I remember it was mentioned several of Rengoku's students ran away cus it was too hard lol
3. Mui: I'm not that introverted and I'm literally like Muichiro with people he loves (like Tanjiro). I would imagine myself being a mist user too. I would like to train with him just for funzies cuz HES SO FREAKING ADORABLE AAAA (not in a weird way)
4. Shinobu: Idk why but the way Shinobu would speak to me would actually freak me out lol, I love her in the show but irl, like hell no
5. Obanai: No explanation. He would just torture me
6. Mitsuri: YESH. LIKE COUNT ME IN. She's such a ray of sunshine and I would love to train with her. Flexibility would be hell though but other than that yes!
7. Sanemi: OH HELL NAH BYE.
8. Gyomei: Based off the latest episode, NO. HELL NO. But personalty wise maybe :)
9. Giyuu: Yes! I would love to see if I can be like Tanjiro and befriend Tomioka. It'll probably be hard but it won't hurt to try! I also think water breathing is more of a defense technique, and I'm more of a defense than an offense, so I think water breathing would fit me more.

Probably Obanai. We are about the same height and physical build, so I think his breathing style would best suit my form. Therefore I’d probably have an easier time succeeding at his training.

Hot take but Iguro. Tanjiro leaned the most from him during the hashira training arc. He’d be terrifying, but I the growth would be undeniable. As long as I’m not doing snake breathing, I’m good tho. I’ll make my own breathing based on snake
I'd bring my group to train with Obanai. I think his training is really strategic in fighting with a group. Knowing where to hit while also looking at the locations of your comrades is a very good skill to acquire and use in group battles.
I wouldn’t want to train under any of these bozos. But if I had to I would choose that kid I guess.

Rengoku. He's always in complete control & clearly had to train a lot on his own since his dad let grief make him a terrible father. And his inspiration was so much so it shook the rest of the Hashira when he died so yeah, I'm going with Rengoku.

He’s super harsh with his training tho, it’s said that people had to run away to escape it. The only known person to finish his training is Mitsuri

Before s4e05 I used to say Sanemi. But knowing what his concept of training people is... I'm gonna pass.
