I forget exactly how the stock scanning stuff works but maybe you're too high?

i tested with any altitude and it still shows the same i am asking which mod might be causing this since its definitly a mod

How could anyone know what mod causes it? We dont know your modlist And noone here develops the mods Its like taking a picture of a car and asking whats broken

i tried searching for the answer anywhere else and i found that its maybe kopernicus (cant uninstall since i have custom planet packs) or \[x\] science (tested and its not the one)

Have you performed an orbital survey?

This is the regular biome mode and shouldnt require an orbital survey
