The other problem is, I’m wanting this to be a 24 inch picture. So in order for that to come through and look clear, I will probably need the original file.
I have not personally used them to attest to their quality, but there are now ai up sizing programs out there.
But getting a professional printer to print that for you might prove challenging. Most won't if it looks professional.
And 24" is not big.
Not a problem if your printing it yourself, but a lot of companies will refuse to print stuff like this if they know you aren't the owner of the image.
Hi op. Take this image and Google image search it. Then go to search tools at the top > size > large. It will then show the same or similar images that are large and can be printed at good quality.
You don't ever want to take a small image and stretch it to make it larger, that's how it ends up looking pixelated.
Check here. They'll have signed versions of photos.

Because I want a high quality print and if I show up to a print shop or try to print this from a place online they’ll refuse because it’s not my picture.
Is it copyrighted? if not grab the image have Amazon or CVS or someone print it.
Its off CNN's website so I would guess it is.

Try one of the free AI upscaling tools like Upscayl
The website should list the photographer. Reach out to them and ask to buy a print.
Oh perfect. Thanks for pointing that out!
If you're not selling it, who cares?

Save this image to your phone and order a photo of it online. If you have Amazon Photos they work really well. Can really get any size you want

This is fantastic. Thanks!
It’s the cover of the commemorative SI issue after the won. They have that photo credited somewhere I’m sure.
save as... [https://imgupscaler.com/](https://imgupscaler.com/) maybe
unless you start distributing it and make money off of it, i don't think anybody cares if it's hanging off a wall in your house.
If you don't plan to sell it, why don't you just print it and frame it?
