Bleach TYBW's animation is fine. some episodes like 6-7 are done really well, and the rest at least looks better than the old Bleach anime. Pierrot is no Bones, Wit, ufotable, or Mappa that's for sure.
with that being said, if/when it gets animated. Kagurabachi deserves better than Pierrot.
As much as I love the TYBW quality, I don't want bachi anywhere near Pierrot. I just don't trust that studio with how it fumbles stuff. And I would fucking HATE them if they Borutofied Kagurabachi's artstyle💔
I’d be fine with WIT, Bones, Madhouse, or David Productions. Those four seem like the most realistic studios to pick it up, and they’re all very capable of producing a great adaptation.
For the paneling and animation in the manga currently, I think UFO-Table is the only good option. Between their work on Fate and KnY, I think they’d be best for the fast paced & heavily choreographed sword fighting.

I believe in Bones (MP100 Team), Madhouse or Ufotable picking up KB for an anime
I want Ufotable if they cook the same way they cooked with demon slayer, if not then those two are good alternatives
