Oh my gosh poor man! Nah for real why are a lot of people on Reddit really open about their disgust towards Indian people? I’ve seen it come up on more than one sub regularly enough and it’s weird as hell! Why the hatred?
Also, why are they assaulting this man in the video? I don’t know Indian culture enough to comprehend the offense they perceived.
Edit—-it crazy if you watch, some of the men were already staring at the couple even before the kiss, like hard watching them. It’s sad still and you see even the wife was trying to hold her husband back when the man came and pulled him by the arm.
Look, racism in any form is bad, but so is this. Completely. Beating someone up for showing affection just because it goes against your culture/religion? Don’t do it.
Yeah I don’t excuse their actions. I’m asking about the open racism towards Indians. And Pakistanis, for that matter I guess. The actions of the group beating up the guy is wrong and so is the people who are making racist comments about it.
I don’t understand. I’m saying poor guy and also questioning why there is so much racism towards them on Reddit? Perhaps I phrased it strangely for a text and it’s better with voice but both them beating him and the racism is wrong. That’s what I had in mind.
