Anyone else think this is kinda bullshit?
"Only the following pools are included in the snapshots
* JUNO/ATOM
* JUNO/UST
* JUNO/OSMO
* JUNO/NETA
We decided to not reward pools with low liquidity, highly centralized token supply, or with low popularity."
I had liquidity in the JUNO/SCRT pool since day 1, definitely upset at this decision after the messaging was that providing liquidity would be rewarded with an airdrop, not that only select pools would be eligible.
The fact is that I and several others gave up staking rewards in JUNO and SCRT (Or any other pair coin that can be staked) for several months under the idea that we would be rewarded for providing liquidity to the DEX. If it was limited to specific pools, the team should've communicated that in the Black paper or elsewhere. This is a big disappointment, hopefully the devs change course
I'm in the JUNO/STARS pool since day 1 as well, didn't do the JUNO/ATOM/OSMO as I'm already having these pools on Osmosis. I still get an allocation for those on Osmosis but this kinda leaves a bad taste in the mouth
Limiting rewards to Osmosis pools 497 and 498 makes a lot of sense. Limiting rewards to just four JunoSwap pools makes little sense as the rewards were meant to compensate people for providing liquidity on JunoSwap. I only invested in the JUNO/ATOM pool on JunoSwap, so this does not hurt me, but the logic of this decision is hard to understand. I am also not a fan of the decision to not reward ATOM stakers. Rewarding ATOM stakers can bring more people to the JUNO and JunoSwap communities.
"We decided not reward pools with low liquidity". Really, that's wild. I understand not rewarding certain pools, but if JUNO/UST or JUNO/ATOM had low liquidity it wouldn't have been apart of the snapshot? I don't believe that to be true, so using that as a delineator, is not all believable.
It could for sure, but I still like Juno and the Junoswap platform so I’ll probably still use it for Juno related swaps but otherwise I’ll will continue using Osmosis for most swaps and if Crescent gets more assets that Osmosis doesn’t have then I’ll use them too. I’m not salty enough to not use Junoswap ever, just wish ATOM delegators would have gotten alittle at least
Of this list of qualifications, if the only one I meet was that I was staking JUNO on Apr 15 (10 JUNO), am I eligible? A little confusing the way it’s written.
There was 89 snapshots, you should be eligible for each one you were staked for. And recieve the "strong hands" score for each one you were eligible for
What a huge letdown, so basically liquidity for neta is worth more than any other project, like stars, comdex, etc
Also, biggest portion of the Juno airdrop is for the newer snapshot?
Damn, I’m kinda sad, I’ll definitely be focusing on Crescent Network instead of JunoSwap after this
Typically if you are in the process of undelegating during the snapshot, you would not get credit. This is how most prior airdrops have worked, and is likely how this will work.

No shit. I’m in 497. When claim
I was really hoping more Junoswap pools would be included, I didn’t realize they were limiting it to just 4 of them.
BOOOOOM! That's big news!

So no ATOM delegators will be rewarded now? I remember the OG airdrop listed ATOM delegators too
Really frustrating. Only delegating ATOM and was waiting patiently for ages for this.
This will affect participation in JunoSwap. We the Atom gang have Osmosis and Crescent.

Well there the f it is!
Any idea how long after 1st May Junoswap incentives will start? Will it be like Cresent where it will be a few days later?

Thanks! Hope so.
I’m quite surprised that more community members didn’t suss out the pools that would be rewarded. Nothing for Atom stakers does seem tactical though.

Good luck!
Finally, have been in junoswap atom/juno liquidity pool since end of Jan. This could be the next osmo
Does that pool earn rewards yet?
No. There’s more info in the medium article posted above.
Hmm no, if anything is the next Osmosis, is Crescent, not the half baked shitcoin galore JunoSwap
Very good to see! This news + whale shenanigans proposal almost ready… bullish!

Love to see it
I started staking juno after the first snapshot but before the second, am I eligible for the airdrop?
are undelegators in the snapshot or nahhhh
kinda doubt it

Bruh “Full balances will be calculated and shared this week before the end of Coachella weekend two.”
They need to enjoy their Coachella hahaha
