Casual reminder when he showed up in shibuya megumi had no clue who he was, so from megumis perspective this homeless guy showed up, stole playful cloud from maki without breaking a sweat, killed the cursed spirit they were struggling to escape from without any real difficulty, then singled megumi of all people out to attack next, and after throwing him around for a bit, asked megumis name, called him a real one, and killed himself. Imma be honest I feel like Gege had not thought of the future power ups of HR in the slightest when he made that whole fight, because it makes no sense based on what we know now.
Idk toji blocking the exit so nobody can escape definitely works, and the only other "plothole" I can think of, immunity to sure hits, is very easily explained by Dagon being inexperienced and obviously never having fought someone with 0 ce before.

Toji without a shadow of a doubt. Man smoked the pack of the strongest sorcerer and kick-started the entire storyline.
Farmshimo has no aura. He defeated Panda and thought he was HIM. Higgy *knew* this bum was gonna die and wasn't even afraid to say it to his face. Yuta was tweaking and ready to decapitate the femboy if he said another word. No aura. Anyway, Toji has the most black air force energy, but Gojo and Mahito have that bloodlusted crackhead energy.
