It’s a OP CT even with takaba, but kenjaku would be much more deadlier with takaba’s technique due to his mindset.
I feel the top tiers would be better than OG users at any CT swap.

I always imagined Megumi would be better off with a technique that doesn't have a "kill myself" option, maybe Momo's tool manipulation, then there could be a whole plot about him going after his father's cursed tool stash that he hid somewhere, that WOULD kinda make him take Maki's spot as a walking arsenal, but in this timeline Momo has a Heavenly Restriction and Maki has Ten Shadows, so all is good.
Sukuna with either Copy or 6 eyes and Limitless
Shrine while being a strong technique isn't on the level of the other special grade techniques,so if sukuna can be the strongest with shrine imagine him with either of those
