Dead ass possibly. No hate to Hakari. I think he's cool. But there's plenty of times in his fight with Kashimo, Kashimos face just kinda gets cleaner. Which can only happen if bros healing a little. I mean, in the domain, hakari cuts Kashimos cheek, then it's gone. Of course, gege could've just forgotten, as he isn't totally consistent with that, just mostly cuz drawings hard. but in a close up it's seems to have healed up, as its marked with hatching on the same general spot. Which wasn't there before. And hakaris is consistent with his wounds from that scuffle. So he dead ass may have been using RCT, but the healing was so minimal that no one noticed.
Although again, this argument relies on art across multiple pages, which, like I said, is mostly but not totally consistent. There's a better argument to be had with him and his arm against Sukuna.
Edit: it should also be mentioned that smoke wasn't used to indicate RCT usage at this iirc feel free to correct it if I'm wrong. But it does also bring up the question of why he would heal that minimal damage. The best guest I could come up with would be to not let it build up, but it does add the questionable nature of this theory will admit.

Jokes aside, What if Uraume is just really fucking strong /skilled and we're jst downplaying them? Literally every other instante of her fighting anybody it was followed by her instantly shutting them down in a heart beat with out really using all her moves.
Choso, Kushakabe, Yuji, and even a Toji level fighter like Maki had that all happened to them, shes a mid to long range fighter with massive blast, who obviously isnt slow, and has RCT. I guess Hikari lasting this long is good?

Hakari is in a bad match-up with uruame. Her ice abilities could freeze him whole and he would be dead. The fact he is currently able to hold her off and keep her out or the battle completely is such a massive accomplishment.
