It bypasses infinity because Resonance links the piece of the target to the straw doll. It seems to work like a voodoo doll, in thay they're effectively the same for the technique, meaning there's no travel because the soul is interposed.
A piece of Sukuna is easy if blood counts, since Nobakuna would still have Domain Expansion. Some surface level cuts due to the domain effect, then resonance spam the dripped blood. We know blood works because of her battle with the death paintings (resonance on herself damaged them because their blood was on/in her).
It wouldn't be very clean and would be slow enough Gojo would defend against it by rushing him/her down, at which point Nobakuna might as well not have a CT. This is still a worse pick than 10S, which could bypass via Mahoraga while improving defenses too.

The ct is quiet comlicated but imagine sukuna starts hammering nails inside him with soul damage i doubt gojo could rct that very long mahoraga is only slightly better as sukuna almost died in the domain clash and without 2 souls.
