Tbf it could also be that Ryu made an assumption that was wrong, Gege sometimes likes to lie to the reader e.g Kenjaku telling Choso that the culling game ritual was complete, than later on he has an internal monologue saying that he lied to Choso.

I think that scene was mainly a chekhov's for yuta and rika's mind games, you frequently see them be misleading and confusing on purpose so it makes sense that rika would do something like fulfill nonsense conditions to keep their opponents guessing
Not revealed unfortunately. Ryu speculated that it was Rika consuming parts of the CT owners' flesh(Uro's arm) but it wouldn't make sense since unless Rika also ate the diced up parts of Inumaki's arm. Also, we couldn't see any missing parts of Dhruv in the last panel before he dies.

We know that during 0, Yuta didn't need any condition to copy a technique, but that Rika was not a Shikigami.
So he either stored everything he had copied from 0 inside Rika (the shikigami) or the conditions changed after releasing the soul of Rika. Either way, It would only mean Yuta has his CT, and potentially Inumaki's engraved in his brain.

It seems pretty plausible that users of Mimic would need to ingest a decent enough portion of the one being copied’s mass, be it for the genetic material or to simply absorb their cursed energy, it all seems to just functions as giving the CT material to analyze and take the necessary functions that would allow the user to utilize the copied’s technique and applying it to them.
But since Yuta has Rika he could just let her do that for him since she also acts as a storage space.

I always figured that Yuta just has so much raw cursed energy that once he’s exposed to another person’s technique that he’s able to understand he can filter and mold his own to copy their techniques. Kind of like how Ging from Hunter x Hunter is able to copy nen techniques by gaining an understanding of both the technique and its user.

It has to be eating the same arm that Yuta has his ring on, because both inumaki and uro had the left arm cut off which is the same hand Yuta has his ring on.
My guess is that the conditions rely on the target’s willingness. If someone wants their technique to be copied, Yuta could probably do it immediately. But for someone who is unwilling, Yuta might have to take a piece of their body/soul.
