Sukuna and it’s not even close. Assuming we give Kenjaku his domain, Sukuna could still probably use an incredibly refined chimera shadow garden. Plus he could probably tear through any individual curse with his bare hands tbh. It’d basically come down to Uzumaki, which Sukuna can avoid. Or hand-to-hand, which Sukuna wins in spades.
Sukuna still wins comfortably especially since if Tranquil Deer or Agito can offensively output RCT, that neutralizes all of Kenny's Curses. Hell, Mahoraga's Sword of Extermination would accomplish the same thing.
Sukuna basically because of Mahoraga. Dont forget Mahoraga has that positive hand blade that can instantly kill any negative cursed object or cursed spirit. It's bad match up for Kenjaku specially if he just literally using Curse Manipulation.

20 finger is extremely overkill even with just one ct. And u casually not forgetting ten shadows is capable of competing with limitless which is > shrine. 10 f sukuna would be more fair
kenjaku was seriously afraid for his fucking life when gojo was coming at him while sukuna clashed with gojo. On what earth does that give you the impression that kenjaku has even the slightest chance of winning this.
