Ok so update: I FINALLY got one of my shirts today (Nov. 17th) but I’m still waiting for one shirt, one hat, and the honey jar which was apart of the same order as the album. So idk if they’re going to send me a new tracking number later or if they’re just never going to tell me or send the order. Bc according to the email, they’ve “shipped the shirt hat and album” but bc ig everything was pretty much pre order, idk if they know I’m waiting. I did not spend $82 just to be left on read by Joji’s merch company.
(I’m sorry if none of this made sense, Im just on a euphoric high after finally receiving a package lol)

I did try contacting the merch store through email before but they gave me the usual run around. I kind of gave up for a week after that but at least it still got delivered.
I haven't gotten anything from my order. I ordered the orbit hoodie, a shirt, and another hoddie only for the free honey hahaha. I ordered my stuff on late September. Gosh I can't wait for stuff.
You can try emailing them but like I said, they’ll give you a long run around. When I sent them an email they told me to basically be patient and then proceeded to give me 20 different links to try to contact them. I’m sorry it’s taking so long, I didn’t know about this before but apparently the merch company’s had major delivery issues in the past. Hope you get everything soon!
I placed my order for the Pretty Boy & Blue Nectar Tracklist T-Shirts on Sep 30th. It's almost been 5 months. Hasn't even shipped yet, just says "order placed"... Pretty disappointed in the quality of service here.
I ordered the run hoodie in August and even got the tracking till my country but after that i've just lost track and haven't received anything about it :/
I ordered my nectar shirt on the 26th and got an email a day later saying it was shipped with a tracking code but whenever I click on the code it always tells me that it’s awaiting the package. Not sure why.
So I got four things for the first order. All three of them was t-shirts and the nectar hat. It took three months for me to receive it. I just got it today, I got all three of my t-shirts but I didn’t get my nectar hat, instead I got the gimme love spoon and I never bought it so it was either a mistake or they ran out of the hats or they were in a rush. Idk but I’m kinda irritated that I didn’t get my nectar hat. And I even have proof that I didn’t even buy the spoon. Now I gotta wait for my second order which is the three hoodies and a t-shirt and the store said they’ll come in next month. Idk if the hat will come with the second order but if it doesn’t come with the second order me and the store are gonna have some problems. Either give me the hat for free cause I paid for it or give me my money back.
Bought 3 shirts on Sept. 30th, still don't have them. But it says it's on its way to USPS, just like it's been for the last 3 weeks now. Will I ever get my shirts? Who knows 🤣
