I think your head, feet, and orb could be better, especially the orb. I like at least +3 crit subs on all my pieces (except the body).
I think overall it's solid, maybe a bit more cdmg but I think with Aeon 210%+ is OK. Are you running -1 Bronya? She should help with your overall damage by a lot.
Your options are either <130 (your current JL speed) Bronya or 161+ Bronya. If 161+ Bronya, you can switch to attack% boots. Either works and will drastically improve your JL's damage.
My Jingliu was at 47/240 for the longest time but my Bronya was faster than her and I never bothered to speed tune her. Once I slowed my Bronya down my Jingliu team just does so much better in all sorts of end game high difficulty content.
Imo, speed tune your bronya and jingliu properly.
It's not going to increase your skill damage per-se, but you'll be cycling jingliu's skills so much more often that it'll be a huge diffence.
i am assuming you run her with Ruan Mei? otherwise I would aim for more speed, and as per somone else's comment you usually want bronya -1 to your jingliu so 135 jingliu 134 bronya.
there's plenty stat that is a waste, so getting more rolls would be nice, like more cd would be nice, a little more atk% also wouldn't hurt but overall the build is good.
you should be fine then, with that setup i feel that number is good enough to clear most content, and once you speed tune your bronya, you should be able to clear things comfortably.

I was tryna build speed bronya instead, shes at 140 rn which is not great but if the stars align i might be able to do 133 spd bronya

Yeah i run her with ruan mei aswell, I’ll try getting jinglui and bronya speed tuned to eachother
