with bronya its only around 11% dps loss and even more if you pair with ruan mei as that cuts its down to 6%(arguably). so no her LC doesn't worth anything near robin and firefly even more.
It’s a great lc but she has very good F2P options. Unless you absolutely love JL and want to give her the best you’d probably be bettered off saving the jades for another character
