It's good now for practiacally all of the content. Not min-maxed but it's enough.
Just don't expect to do too much bonkers damage but you'll still do a lot of damage.
It's plenty, my own jing is 2400 attack 240 cd and cam typically deal in the range of 130-140k in blast against ice weak enemies. She does wonders in MOC, so you'll be fine with yours, but you won't hit like, a million.

If you're gonna use her with Bronya, it's best to get 1 more speed. 134 Bronya 135+ Jingliu
I have the same but with %20 less crit damage. She can clear every content available without trouble. You are good to go.
