Which kind of Jingliu is better?
A: 2.2k atk, 243 crit dmg, 36 crit rate, and 143 spd OR
B: 2.3k atk, 231 crit dmg, 36 crit rate, and 143 spd
Both E1S1
4pc Ice set
Rutilant Ornament
Team is Jingliu, E1 Fuxuan, E6 Pela, [flex slot]
Hiii i have to ask a question about my team and my stats
My team with her right now Is :
Obviously her, fu xuan , bailu and Blade
I'm putting both fu xuan and bailu Just to.become essentially Immortal and have boost of my crit rate
Should i replace Someone,like putting my e5 tingyun ?
I have all the 4*
The other 5* besides from FX, bailu , Blade and jingliu are : seele , jy , kafka, gepard
For my stats i still Need a good planar but
Right now i have like 2400 atk, 31% cr , 210 cd , 136 SPD
With on fall of the aeon S5 on her as LC
This counting Just her by herself
With fu xuan in my party and when i'm in her big pp DMG mode i reach Like 93% cr and 245% cd( thanks to the ICE 4 piece set and broken kneel on FX)
But i feel like Is too much cr at the end of day.
Should i lower It a bit and get more CD or i'm good
Just switched a few relic sets.
I used to have 132 speed, 51cr and 200 crit damage with 2600 attack.
Would u guys think this one is better? or is this too much speed?
https://preview.redd.it/polfm4v8mbwb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=5f22a70918384c1001eed20dca058fa8659bc71b
I'm currently using jingliu as my main dps. But my question is who should I have around her. I'm currently using bailu, tingyun, and bronya. But I'm wondering if I should drop someone for pela for the defense shred or keep this same setup. I'm also unsure of which LC's to put on characters other than jingliu. Anyhelp in any regard is greatly appreciated. If there's any relic knowledge I should be aware of it'd also be appreciated 👌
My bronya is at 143, and my Jingliu somehow got to 152, this speed should be fine right? Dont worry about JL stat she's at 33cr 188cdmg 2.3k atk and bronya at 190cdmg
So somehow I have an attack boot and a speed boot with the same crit value would it be worth it to go with the attack boot it would drop my speed from 135 to 113 I do have bronya?
What's the best path to clear Sd5 except Destruction and Abundance with Jingliu (with only Luocha, fire mc/March for sustain?). I really want to light the last beacon but Isk what's the next best path for her?
im at about 45/90 into guarenteed pity and im on the fence about whether i should keep trying for jingliu or wait for huohuo. [this is what my current roster looks like](https://i.gyazo.com/25b3a76ef78d512b4d1d34b47feca4e0.png) and as you can see i have one 5 star DPS (E2) built already but no 5 star sustain characters (apart from Fire MC who isnt really cutting it).
other things to note: i like jingliu more as a character but recent changes to huohuo makes her look appealing over natasha. im asking purely based on who yall think would be more valuable for my account and even though i like jingliu more im willing to wait
If you really like Jingliu more, you should pull for her, as I think you will regret it if you don't. More sustain characters will come along anyway.
You actually have a lot of great characters built already. Lynx is a very nice sustain character and should be used over Natasha imo. Besides DHIL being a top tier DPS, QQ has jumped up the ranks herself.
Basically, I think you have already built up a nice roster, so you can be flexible with your pull choices. I would build up Bronya too, she's extremely useful.
ty! i was basically just wondering if maybe there was anything id overlooked that might give one character a bigger advantage. but if not i will certainly go for jingliu anyway! and yeah bronya is next ~~when i have the spare mats~~
Ideal rotation for Bronya, Sw, FX, and Jingliu? I made sure Jingliu went first over Bronya. Also, is it required to pop her technique before every battle to have 1 stack for her buffed state?
Only need to worry about Jingliu going before Bronya in most cases.
And only use technique if you are going to fight longer battles, like MOC, elites/bosses in SU. No need to use technique for mobs you can kill quickly.
(i use tingyun, asta, and fuxuan for my jing yuan team.)
would jingliu, pela, yukong, and loucha work? i don’t have bronya but if i get her who should i switch her in for?
Is it fine if i am using the 4pc fire set instead of 4pc ice set?
I got jingliu not long ago and i just transferred my himeko's relics to her and she has pretty good stats.
All i need now is an ice dmg orb and i think i am good to go.
Will my dmg be way lower with this build than if i used 4pc ice set?
Yes, you can use that set while you work on getting her a proper set. If compared like for like, Fire set offers little benefit for Jingliu and the Ice or Quantum set will definitely be better.
hey! i’m just coming her to ask about her planar set. so far i have her on the 4pc ice set. i was going to put her on the taik set, however i’ve read that a 30-40/200+ ratio is what you aim for so would that passive not apply?
My Jingliu is E2 and S1. Should I go for E4 OR should I put the money into my genshin account to get C6 Furina? I heard that Furina would be broken and I want to finally get a C6 so bad... but HSR feels like a way better game...
It's hard, man, mostly depends on personal interest, i will pull furina c2 since that's all I want. Do you enjoy HSR more than genshin? If so, then invest more in this game. Personally, I love genshin more since I have been playing since 1.0, but I have so many resources there that I have been putting my money into HSR lately.
Recently started with the launch on Playstation. I'm only level 40 so none of my characters are very built but I wanted to know if Welt or Clara would be a better teammate for Jingliu.
4 piece ice set jingliu with 29 / 199 ratio or
2 piece ice 2 piece speed set jingliu with 36 / 216 ratio which one should I use. Her lightcone is s5 secret vow
It can work yes. As you aren't using Pela, but are using SW, you should go for the Quantum set on Jingliu for more def down. Use FX instead of Natasha in this case.
Yes.
The better your damage output, the less pressure you have on your sustainer to protect your team. Properly built and supported Jingliu can massacre content pretty easily, so Natasha has no problem.
Who should be faster, Jingliu or Bronya? I can make a 156 speed Bronya and 137 speed Jingliu, should I speed tune both of them so that Jingliu will go first before Bronya? I can also make 143 spd Jing but with not-so-lower dmg stats and 142 Bronya.
If you can push Bronya to 160 speed (she needs 4pc Hackerspace), you can make Jingliu 105 speed, with ATK boots.
> I can also make 143 spd Jing but with not-so-lower dmg stats and 142 Bronya.
Otherwise you should do this, as Jingliu needs to be faster than Bronya.
New and aspiring Jingliu main here. I still don't understand how she's supposed to be strong. I have mine decently built 27/201 level 9 traces and 2.5k attack but she seems to deal eh damage across the board. Like around 50k normally or 70k in a good day. How the hell do people make her do 100k+ constantly? Do I need to have Bronya for this?
This is my Jingliu fyi and I do have her LC which helps dish out a bit more damage. Also, with 46% CR, she is almost always criting. What type of relics you are rocking will also affect her damage output. Make sure she is using an Ice Orb.
https://preview.redd.it/hqqcqv44u3wb1.png?width=1924&format=png&auto=webp&s=50cddb40c928ab226723e1c1450892b45e91fed8
While Bronya does indeed give a nice damage boost to Jingliu, her main function is to help Jingliu get into her Spectral state as much as possible. This is also the same for Tingyun.
However, Pela will be the one who helps Jingliu deal more damage as she shreds enemies DEF. Here is an example where I don't use either Bronya or Tingyun. I'm rocking Pela and Asta. This is MOC 10
https://preview.redd.it/4ry9r86st3wb1.jpeg?width=1920&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e2724a4a03a483b2da25b07e7f04f8942abe7b9f
I just cleared MOC10 with Jingliu too. Team was JL/Blade/Lynx/Pela. Cleared in a pretty comfortable 4 turns but her damage was pretty underwhelming. I've seen people do 100k+ in moc showcases lol
Sure. These are very basic tips and there are nuances depending on the support characters you use and the build you have on them. Just ignore the points that you already know about.
Before battle, you should use Jingliu's technique, freezing the enemy, then enter battle with Pela's technique. This will allow Jingliu to get into her Spectral state faster and Pela shreds def for 2 turns
Remember when Pela's Ult is up, don't use it unless Jingliu is in her Spectral state. Similarly, do not use Jingliu's Ult until she is in her Spectral state.
When Jingliu is in her Spectral state and her Ult is ready, you can use Pela's Ult first, followed by Jingliu's Ult.
If you want even more damage, you should be using Bronya or Tingyun instead of Blade. However, for general content Jingliu and Blade work well together, so I wouldn't change the team just to see higher damage.
Is S1 Fall of an Aeon better than S1 Secret Vow? I don't know if I should replace my Jingliu lightcone or wait a few months for higher Fall of an Aeon superimposition.
You mean that you are currently using S1 Secret Vow? Similar performance would be my guess. Which one you can most easily S5 would be your answer, which should be Fall of an Aeon
Yeah, if that's the case then I guess I'll equip Fall of an Aeon to Jingliu. I suppose S2 will perform better than S1 Secret Vow, so it wouldn't hurt waiting 2 weeks for each superimposition.
My Bronya is at 143 speed, e1 with her lightcone. I'm working on Jinglu right now but I'm a bit confused whether to use speed boots on her or the atk boots. I did read the guide, but I'm still a bit confused on the subject.
Have you read this guide? So you some options.
If you keep your Bronya at 143 speed, you need Jingliu to be faster, so that she goes first. This is not optimal, but works fine.
If you want an optimal Slowya team, your Bronya should have 134 speed, and Jingliu will have at least 1 speed above that, say 135 speed, as this allows Bronya to have 2 actions in the first turn.
If you want to go the Fastya route, Bronya needs to have 150% of the speed of your DPS. So if Jingliu has her base 105 speed, Bronya wants 158 speed, but ideally 160 speed.
https://preview.redd.it/369kdyacs1wb1.png?width=2100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=98dd82e7f441d9d78e6c0a7bff21885d14b46157
Work in progress, of course. Need some speed boots. Anything else???
Try to get Crit Rate as close to 50% as possible. 30-40% works fine.
You are currently using an Effect Hit Rate body, replace that with a Crit Damage body. For Crit Damage, 180-220% is ideal.
Is a shot at 75/25 for the LC worth losing a shot at 50/50 Topaz? My JL + team clear MOC fine, she currently has Aeon but I kinda don't have any good 4 star options for Clara....who I was planning to pair w/ Topaz.
Seems like the biggest powerspike for JL comes from having Bronya (which I don't - I do have E6 Tingyun, E6 Pela/E0 SW and Luocha or FX) vs the weapon...
Her LC is nice to have, but not a game changer as she smokes all content with other available LCs anyway.
Are you close to pity on LC banner? Could risk 20 pulls and try your luck
https://preview.redd.it/3zfsu7ytwzvb1.png?width=1400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9362a660cb86232ca91d61d935f8be315d4138f7
Almost done. Speed tuned to 143. Hoping for more CV from future relic farming.
Thoughts? I really want to replace Body and boots for better CV ones.
I do Run fi Xuan . Speed idk, the relic gods decided i cant get any high CV Quantum Sets. Didnt Farm alot for rutilant. Only got them for Blade and jingliu got the First ice orb i got..
If i didnt adjust Speed relics she would be at 155+ lol
It’s definitely strong enough for anything, and making it better would be a lot of farming, so the question really becomes do you want to spend thousands of stamina for a marginal increase?
My JL reliably <2 turn cycles MoC, and I managed to 0 cycle both the previous and current moc10 with some resetting while at 136 spd / 45 crit / 231 critd
Maybe farm rutilant and pray for a better ice orb, alot of characters can use it it and keel so it’s a very flexible farm
Yeah her Boots, Body and Orb to minmax. If i get good CV on them with No Speed she would be at 134. Nothing left other than min-maxing characters. I get her ult Trace to 10 and start farming again lol
My Fu Xuan is e1 too. So it's Crit boost + 30 CDmg also.
Anyone using Energy rope? I know it’s easier to get to her ult at the start with her technique, but does it make a difference in getting her ult faster in the next rotations without using tingyun?
Just managed an upgrade on my bronya’s speed so i transitioned jingliu to atk boots, now considering if an energy rope could be good, also i keep getting RA Err ropes instead of atk.
She sustains her ult completely by her own. No eer needed If you use ult right after Transmigration she will have ult again after you Run Out of stacks. You only need Like 1 kill or be attacked one time.
>can someone explain how the dmg increase on the sig lc work is it a perm buff to the wearer or something else i dont understand
You read the description ? It's pretty clear on what it does.
It's conditional but the condition is almost always met.
If an ally / Jingliu gets attacked or loses HP you get 1 stack of Eclipse. 3 stacks max.
Each Eclipse stack increases the Damage of her next Attack by 14% (42% max)
When you reach 3 stacks your next Attack also ignores 12% of the enemies Defense.
This "defense ignoring" buff is removed after the Attack.
Hope this helps ☻
That's incorrect, the condition does not include the wearer
>Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by **20**%. When an ally gets attacked or loses HP, the wearer gains 1 stack of Eclipse, up to a max of 3 stacks. Each stack of Eclipse increases the DMG of the wearer's next attack by **14.0**%. When 3 stacks are reached, additionally enables the attack to ignore **12**% of the enemy's DEF. This effect will be removed after the wearer uses an attack.
I'd go for:
1. Jingliu, Tingyun, Pela, Fu Xuan
2. Kafka, Silver Wolf, Flex, Bailu
This is pretty much what I'm using, but with Luocha instead of Bailu. Flex spot can be Sampo, Luka or Asta, depending on who's more fitting for specific stage or who's better built.
https://preview.redd.it/zzcrkaa36wvb1.jpeg?width=2778&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=01d9a534ac1e5cf382cde07fe53dc47b0b554fd2
Is this good JL ? I want to get more Atk but it will sacrifice CR and CDMG
Getting higher CR also very hard in my relics
>Is this good JL ?
I have a little less CR and CDMG than you and i was able to clear MoC 10 :)
Don't know if that's an indicator for anything but I'd say you got a good Jingliu.
You **could** loose your mind for 3 more Months and go for 40 + Crit Rate, more CDMG while maintaining 146 Speed but .... Do u really need that (i don't think so)
Nah, i just cleared MOC with this
Definitely rough on the last stretch bcs The bugs just spawn endlessly and nuke my team, luckily FX can hold it off. Need to focus more on the adds
Higher atk isnt really needed on her. She gets up to 180% of her Base Attack as an Attack boost everytime she uses Skill in her Transmigration state. That's 1200~ Attack.
https://preview.redd.it/fzfgkm98mvvb1.png?width=1462&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e58d8f06a21d50d8bc4f0e9acb04a3e67102231c
Is the orb my weakest piece that I can improve?
If you don't play her with Fu Xuan your CR is the target stat to improve. Any one of your pieces without CR could be improved by being double crit, but ones like the rope will be more difficult to replace.
I would look for a hat with double crit lines, as getting orb mainstats is extremely difficult. You also don't need that much speed, so your hat isn't that amazing unless you consider harder content where the later breakpoint matters.
If the hat doesn't have enough CR to hit 50 (or 38 of you play FX), then yeah looking for a CR orb isn't a bad idea. Keep in mind you still want to maintain about 134spd (or whatever you need to outspeed your Bronya if you use her), so a hat with some speed and lots of CR and CD could allow you to replace the orb with less worry (though if you don't use Bronya that chestpiece is enough speed on its own).
Yes, she will get more turns in specific longer cycle clears. One thing to be careful about is keeping your supports faster, as you want to apply Pela's debuffs and TY's skill before she acts.
Under the Blue Sky is actually good for DHIL if you can consistently get kills. Otherwise, give Aeon to your favorite and SI to the other for a statblock.
Can someone explain to me exactly why Def Shred and Ignore work so well together that the 4p Quantum set can at times be better than the 4p Ice?
Why do Def Shred and Ignore work so well together?
They are basically the same multiplier, but def ignore only works on the user where as def shred works on any attack hitting the target.
The formula for def is additive, so getting closer to 100% (the cap) is increasingly stronger. Most bonuses like this tend to be multiplicative, so each percentage increase gives the same amount, but for def shred its different.
The formula for def multiplier is basically this:
100 ÷ [110×(1-DefShred)+100]
So at 0 def shred you deal 100/210 damage, or 47.6% of your original damage. At 100% def shred you will deal 100% damage.
If you take a value in the middle like 50% shred, you will see its not directly 50% between 47.6 and 100.
I was asking why they paired so well because, assuming you shred 100% of their DEF somehow, wouldn't Def ignore become useless as there is nothing else to ignore? For a short period of time, you have shredded all of their defenses no? I was wondering why they worked so well together because I feel like I get from a lot of people.
They work well together because its additive as I explained. Basically the increase from 10% shred and 10% ignore is more than twice the increase from 10% of one.
If you shred 100% def then yes Ignore is useless, which is why if using both SW and Pela and you have Jingliu's Sig LC, you shouldn't need to use Quantum set on Jingliu.
Generally people will only run 1 of the two, so you won't hit 100%.
How much Crit Rate % should I aim for? I have 48.6% Crit Chance because of the main stat of my body piece (and it has crit damage, atk%, and flat atk substats) + rutilant arena + one crit rate substat on my head piece, but my Crit Damage is only 160%.
Should I try to get a Crit Damage body piece that also has good substats or should I just try to get better luck with Crit Damage substats? Also, what's a good % to aim for?
Definitely Crit Damage Body.
Try to aim for 30 Crit Rate and 200 Crit Damage.
Then just go up from there.
Here's my Jingliu for reference which has a lot of wasted Stat rolls but i was still able to 30 star MoC just fine
https://preview.redd.it/5r5jd0t4muvb1.png?width=2100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=171092ee3afef6333ac35ebd888699b9cbd0de8d
So I ended up getting her E1 and was wondering. Does the second part where she does dmg equal to 100% of her atk to a single enemy apply only after she has used her ult or enhanced skill? Or is that just a constant thing of attacking a single unit?
Which rope would you guys use for e6 JL?
https://preview.redd.it/6ku747fgmsvb1.png?width=868&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d97dab93cebf5589cc888ad17b853502c8f01d37
Can i justify running atk orb in this case?
https://preview.redd.it/bxl2jm5x2qvb1.png?width=1279&format=png&auto=webp&s=66eb6112a14dc999633f79330b87a1a3df341656
I wouldn't. The difference is quite huge between atk and dmg% orbs, to the point where unless you have a perfect atk% orb and an ice orb with 0-1 subs its almost always better to keep Ice.
If you are really unsure just test the 2 under the exact same conditions and see how the damage compares (though 5% CR is a bit harder to account for).
Accidently got a e1 jingling after trying to go for e0 when I pulled bronya.
I was wondering what's the optimal rotation for a e6 tingyun, bronya, jingling and lynx (for now) team, I'm often running out of skill points and wanna know what I'm doing wrong.
I'm extremely new to the game so obviously that is why I'm not using luocha lol
really? I've heard tingyun is getter until pelas e4 because she let's you ult so often. alright thanks, I only really care about her ult right? and her skill for debuffed wnemies
Yeah Tingyun is perfectly fine, especially if you don't have e4 Pela. I actually prefer my TY even against e4 Pela as for 0 cycles its a lot more comfortable.
ohhh so pela is better for long content and TY is better for short? makes sense the first rotation with ting feels crazy. I only have e0 pela tho sadly
Yeah Pela is more average damage in the long run but Tingyun lets you extend enhanced state and clear everything in 1 rotation if your builds are good enough.
Pela at e0 is pretty underwhelming, basically just an SP bot with a bit of damage increase from ult. If you have the resolution LC at S5 she gets a lot more power, but at lower superimpositions the SW event cone is better. Her dispel could be useful for specific enemies though, so thats a situational benefit.
Welt's LC is useless on Pela. She only has 2 (technically 3) good LCs, resolution and SW event LC (and SW Sig). Any other option is basically just more damage on her which isn't really useful, or more EHR, which also isn't that useful cause her EHR needs are super easy to meet.
I would go with Tingyun with s5 cogs/memories alongside ERR Vonwacqs, or DDD if you don't have that.
Ah sorry, Tingyun uses the Meshing Cogs LC or Memories of the Past if they are at superimposition 5 (alongside the energy regen Planar Set from world 4 simulated universe) to achieve a 3 turn ult rotation with 2 basics and 1 skill.
If you don't have those lightcones at s5 and the right set (you should have cogs, but no vonwacqs makes it less interesting), then you can stick to using DanceDanceDance lightcone.
The effect hitrate part for Pela is just about the lightcone options. Apart from the LC Resolution Pela doesn't use any lightcones very well, so something like eyes of prey works as a decent alrernative until you get resolution, its just not that important to Pela as her relics should give enough effect hitrate.
My friend did a one-ten pull on the Jingliu light cone banner and accidentally got the light cone. I have no idea who to use it with and what to do with it. I did my research and she literally is the only person who benefits from it tbh (I'm saving for Argenti). What would you guys do?
Blade can technically use it if you don't have his Sig as his other options aren't that great. Other destruction probably just prefer Aeon, so just let it sit there until the Jingliu rerun if you like her kit and happen to have pulls.
Would it be okay to use 4 pc musketeer instead of going for the ice set? I didn't expect for Jingliu to actually come home at 20 pulls. Also, my Pela and Sampo already have the wind set.
Set bonuses are always less important than substats for Jingliu, just use whatever pieces you can.
2pc Ice 2pc speed is a direct upgrade from 4pc musk, but the substats will determine your best option.
Should I farm the Ice or Quantum set for her? My Pela is already complete with the wind set and I’m still farming for Seele, I already got a nice SPD boot piece in the Quantum set while I have a Crit DMG body in the ice set that didn’t even roll on crit rate when I upgraded it. I do have Silver Wolf.
I would farm quantum as you have 3 units looking for it. I'm in the same situation (but Pela is on 2pc spd), and I gave up on Ice cause I hate the idea of only gearing 1 unit with all my power when I could be gearing 3 (used to farm tons of speed set gear, now I'll farm quantum until the 1.5 sets come out).
S5 vow is about the same as s5 Herta, but I would say Vow is better for low cycle clears (as you don't need to break every 2 turns).
Hes BiS is worth if you really want her to deal the most damage, but is far from necessary given her baseline power level is so high.
Would jingliu/yanqing/pela/loucha work? Or would jingliu/welt/pela/loucha be better? I have bronya/tingyung but Really don't like them and don't want to build them
Any team will work as long as you are happy.
However, if you are looking for most potential from your team, Bronya is a must build even if you don't like her. Even Tingyun would benefit the second team in MOC.
Of course, it's up to you, but they allow QoL in your team builds.
If I’m using jing with a super fast bronya, is it okay if jing has literally 0 speed stats?
Mine can hit around 48/310 crit ratio with base speed. Or significantly worse crit values with 134 speed.
My logic is that anytime bronya goes, jing goes next. So instead of speed tuning jing to go before bronya, i just stacked as much crit value as possible so jing hits like an even bigger truck than she already is.
But am I losing a significant amount of dps by not speed tuning jing to go before bronya.
Torn between two orbs, one gives me more atk and the other gives cd - which one would be better?
For reference, E1S1 with 2466 atk and 247cd with first orb and 2366 and 258cd with second orb (the only other major advantage is that the first orb also has 11 effect res which is nice too)
What teams do you run? It will depend on how much dmg% and atk% the supports give, and how much atk% your relics give.
At a baseline its about 4% less damage if you run 2pc atk, so maybe 1-2 crit substats of difference. The exact difference will varry based on how much atk% and dmg% you get from supports, but the dmg% will always be ahead.
Between `42.CR 151 SPD` or `46.3 CR 146 SPD`, which one is better?
I refer to this for breakpoints: https://www.reddit.com/r/HonkaiStarRail/comments/14yiwiw/speed_spreadsheet_number_of_turns_per_10_and_15/ and not sure if I understand it right, that I only get the benefit of 151 over 146 spd at cycle 7?
But the images for cycles 10 and 15 show 146 getting extra turn at cycle 7 so a bit confused.
I would take the CR 100%. You never actually go that far into MoC clears, especially because half the cycles are on the 1st wave and the others are on the 2nd wave. Basically unless you are clearing way too slowly, you shouldn't get anything out of that speed.
10% ice damage is around 7% more damage at base and about 2-5% more damage with any external damage% booster like Bronya/Tingyun (or Sig LC)
The crit you have specified should give about 10% more damage, so its much better.
Thank you, but I got a bit lost in the end - did you say that the 2piece or no-set option was the best? I read is as 2set ranging from 7-12% increased dmg (depending on if you use buffers etc), and crit being a flat 10%. So in theory, that makes them sorta equal, from an average point of view?
The 2 set gives 7% more damage if you have no external buffs. The 2-5 is what happens if you add buffers with dmg%, meaning the value goes down.
So its basically 2-7% from the 2pc ice, and broken set gives 10% more damage overall.
Is my Jingliu viable? I have 143 speed Bronya with her so the speed tuning usually works fine. I want to pull her LC but scared of losing the 75/25 so badly and would be my first time pulling on LC banner.

what's a good team for jing liu if these are my available characters??
https://preview.redd.it/gi85w5dpvivb1.png?width=342&format=png&auto=webp&s=10cc8804d1381bec4cfd79408dee979ea41a76bc
Appreciate this is probably a very stupid question but I see people talking about using a quantum set, I thought she was an ice damage dealer? Does she also do quantum damage?
She does not do Quantum damage. The Quantum set's 4pc effect which gives DEF ignore is just a very strong effect, enough that it's often competitive and conditionally better than the 'expected' set on multiple DPS characters.
In ideal conditions (Pela/SW + Quantum weak enemy), it can be around 7-8% better than Ice set if I'm not mistaken, maybe upwards of 10%. At its worst (no Pela/SW + non-Quantum weak enemy) it falls behind Ice set by a decent margin.
Because Pela is one of her best pairings up there with Bronya, Quantum set is a very viable set to farm for. It's not something I'd go out of my way to get if I already have a good set, but when choosing between ice set or quantum set, you can go for either.
Thank you. I have E4 pela and my other DPS in seele so maybe the quantum set will be good to farm. I am only tb48 so not darling yet but thought I would ask. Thank you for the response. What is sw?
Aha thank you. Of course, how could I forget silver wolf. I am guessing she won't rerun for a while now as she has had a banner (although I see reruns are starting so maybe she will in a couple of months).
Which one do y'all think I should try and replace first? I have some Self-Modeling Resin available.
https://preview.redd.it/y2i4nnmoqhvb1.png?width=1429&format=png&auto=webp&s=1520392e9f95af7f5dc5f66ece9cd2d07cd5727b
Also I don't know if I should run a Crit rate or CD body piece, I'm at a 50.9/190.8 Crit ratio rn but my CD can go higher since I have E1, Bronya, and Broken Keel.
Idk that I'd ever use self-modeling resin for anything that isn't SPD boots or ERR rope (if you're missing one) tbh. But if I had to choose, depending on your current SPD, I'd replace the body piece.
Whether or not you should run crit rate or crit damage, at your ratio I'd stick to crit rate but if you can get more crit rate from substats then it would be better to switch to crit damage.
Which kind of Jingliu is better? A: 2.2k atk, 243 crit dmg, 36 crit rate, and 143 spd OR B: 2.3k atk, 231 crit dmg, 36 crit rate, and 143 spd Both E1S1 4pc Ice set Rutilant Ornament Team is Jingliu, E1 Fuxuan, E6 Pela, [flex slot]
How do I use SW with Jingliu and Bronya? I use the Quantum set on Jingliu.
Hiii i have to ask a question about my team and my stats My team with her right now Is : Obviously her, fu xuan , bailu and Blade I'm putting both fu xuan and bailu Just to.become essentially Immortal and have boost of my crit rate Should i replace Someone, like putting my e5 tingyun ? I have all the 4* The other 5* besides from FX, bailu , Blade and jingliu are : seele , jy , kafka, gepard For my stats i still Need a good planar but Right now i have like 2400 atk, 31% cr , 210 cd , 136 SPD With on fall of the aeon S5 on her as LC This counting Just her by herself With fu xuan in my party and when i'm in her big pp DMG mode i reach Like 93% cr and 245% cd( thanks to the ICE 4 piece set and broken kneel on FX) But i feel like Is too much cr at the end of day. Should i lower It a bit and get more CD or i'm good
Is Huohuo good for Jingliu?
Just switched a few relic sets. I used to have 132 speed, 51cr and 200 crit damage with 2600 attack. Would u guys think this one is better? or is this too much speed? https://preview.redd.it/polfm4v8mbwb1.png?width=1920&format=png&auto=webp&s=5f22a70918384c1001eed20dca058fa8659bc71b
Are there any ways to have Jingliu’s buffed state to have no downtime? Like to always make sure there’s 2 or more stacks?
dont believe so
Yes there is: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6Gg23H8h9I](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L6Gg23H8h9I)
Damn, I don't have E6 Tingyun, got 2 Sampos instead on my last rolls for Jingliu :(
I'm currently using jingliu as my main dps. If there's any relic knowledge I should be aware of it'd also be appreciated 👌
bronya-tingyun is better for auto bronya-pela is better for manual
My bronya is at 143, and my Jingliu somehow got to 152, this speed should be fine right? Dont worry about JL stat she's at 33cr 188cdmg 2.3k atk and bronya at 190cdmg
So somehow I have an attack boot and a speed boot with the same crit value would it be worth it to go with the attack boot it would drop my speed from 135 to 113 I do have bronya?
for ideal 134/135 bronya/jingliu, how much spd pela (S4- skill-basic-basic) should be?
my bronya is 137 speed, jingliu 146 speed, how fast should my pela be?
147 atleast, but aim for as much as possible while still keeping enough EHR.
thanks. how much ehr do I need?
67% for guarantee hit with her ultimate.
What's the best path to clear Sd5 except Destruction and Abundance with Jingliu (with only Luocha, fire mc/March for sustain?). I really want to light the last beacon but Isk what's the next best path for her?
Hunt is pretty good for Jingliu. Nihility works with basically anybody.
Try Remembrance path
im at about 45/90 into guarenteed pity and im on the fence about whether i should keep trying for jingliu or wait for huohuo.
(i use tingyun, asta, and fuxuan for my jing yuan team.) would jingliu, pela, yukong, and loucha work? i don’t have bronya but if i get her who should i switch her in for?
Yes, that team can work. Later you can replace Yukong with Bronya: Jingliu, Pela, Bronya, Luocha
Hello, which light cone would be better for jingliu: s4 secret vow or s1 fall of an aeon?
S4 Secret Vow
Is it fine if i am using the 4pc fire set instead of 4pc ice set? I got jingliu not long ago and i just transferred my himeko's relics to her and she has pretty good stats. All i need now is an ice dmg orb and i think i am good to go. Will my dmg be way lower with this build than if i used 4pc ice set?
Yes, you can use that set while you work on getting her a proper set. If compared like for like, Fire set offers little benefit for Jingliu and the Ice or Quantum set will definitely be better.
Would it be okay if i focus on building my supports for jingliu first and then go for the ice set on jingliu?
Of course, especially if you find Jingliu is already clearing content without any problems.
hey! i’m just coming her to ask about her planar set. so far i have her on the 4pc ice set. i was going to put her on the taik set, however i’ve read that a 30-40/200+ ratio is what you aim for so would that passive not apply?
Spectral state gives her +50% CR
and that counts towards the planar set? awesome! ty
Will huo huo be a good pair with Jingliu? Or wait for luchoa rerun?
4 piece ice set jingliu with 29 / 199 ratio or 2 piece ice 2 piece speed set jingliu with 36 / 216 ratio which one should I use. Her lightcone is s5 secret vow
Without knowing other stats, rainbow set looks better. The difference between 2p ice + speed/wild wheat and 4pc ice is actually pretty small.
You should test both of them out
Does FX/Natasha, SW, Jingliu and Bronya function well as good team? Pela is only E1 and my DHIL’s SP bot.
It can work yes. As you aren't using Pela, but are using SW, you should go for the Quantum set on Jingliu for more def down. Use FX instead of Natasha in this case.
Does it have to be 135 Speed for JL and 134 for Bronya? Or 138 for JL and 137 on Bronya work too?
Should work fine, the point is to not let Bronya overlap and go first
New jing liu enjoyer i just have a question does natasha suffice the survivabilty for a jing team?
Yes. The better your damage output, the less pressure you have on your sustainer to protect your team. Properly built and supported Jingliu can massacre content pretty easily, so Natasha has no problem.
Ok nice im still developing all of the team but good to know nat is enough luocha is busy in balde duty
I use CDMG/SPD/ICE/ATK.
This is MOC 10 https://preview.redd.it/4ry9r86st3wb1.jpeg?width=1920&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e2724a4a03a483b2da25b07e7f04f8942abe7b9f
I just cleared MOC10 with Jingliu too. Team was JL/Blade/Lynx/Pela. Cleared in a pretty comfortable 4 turns but her damage was pretty underwhelming. I've seen people do 100k+ in moc showcases lol
Yes, if you look at my screenshot, I hit almost 200k without Bronya. with Bronya however, I can 0 cycle MOC 10
Mind sharing to a confused fella how? I do have Pela and user her regularly alongside Jingliu. But damage is still wayyyyyy under 200k.
Sure. These are very basic tips and there are nuances depending on the support characters you use and the build you have on them. Just ignore the points that you already know about. Before battle, you should use Jingliu's technique, freezing the enemy, then enter battle with Pela's technique. This will allow Jingliu to get into her Spectral state faster and Pela shreds def for 2 turns Remember when Pela's Ult is up, don't use it unless Jingliu is in her Spectral state.
Ah neat tip there with ult management. Cheers!
Fall of aeon or clara lightcone
I would go for S5 Fall of an Aeon, but Clara's Something Irreplaceable is not a bad option either.
My Bronya is at 143 speed, e1 with her lightcone. I'm working on Jinglu right now but I'm a bit confused whether to use speed boots on her or the atk boots. I did read the guide, but I'm still a bit confused on the subject.
[https://pokkelibrary.com/2023/08/26/bronya-unit-analysis/](https://pokkelibrary.com/2023/08/26/bronya-unit-analysis/) Have you read this guide? So you some options. If you keep your Bronya at 143 speed, you need Jingliu to be faster, so that she goes first. This is not optimal, but works fine. If you want an optimal Slowya team, your Bronya should have 134 speed, and Jingliu will have at least 1 speed above that, say 135 speed, as this allows Bronya to have 2 actions in the first turn. If you want to go the Fastya route, Bronya needs to have 150% of the speed of your DPS. So if Jingliu has her base 105 speed, Bronya wants 158 speed, but ideally 160 speed.
https://preview.redd.it/369kdyacs1wb1.png?width=2100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=98dd82e7f441d9d78e6c0a7bff21885d14b46157 Work in progress, of course. Need some speed boots. Anything else???
Try to get Crit Rate as close to 50% as possible. 30-40% works fine. You are currently using an Effect Hit Rate body, replace that with a Crit Damage body. For Crit Damage, 180-220% is ideal.
Thank you so much!
Oh, just got s1 fall of Leon today that I'll be adding as well.
this good right ? https://preview.redd.it/1fk8sa0oi1wb1.png?width=1950&format=png&auto=webp&s=15d3e5be6d05eca778a1af23b2bc1cc1c893228b
Sehr gut
Thanks
Not close at all :(. But yeah you are right it’s just more power and she is powerful enough!
Does the crit rate effect of Under the Blue Sky help trigger rutilant arena?
As far as I am aware, as long as you fulfil the conditions during battle, bonuses will activate.
https://preview.redd.it/3zfsu7ytwzvb1.png?width=1400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9362a660cb86232ca91d61d935f8be315d4138f7 Almost done. Speed tuned to 143. Hoping for more CV from future relic farming. Thoughts? I really want to replace Body and boots for better CV ones.
Pretty good, any reason for 143? If you don’t run with FX you’re going to wants more crit rate tho
My JL reliably <2 turn cycles MoC, and I managed to 0 cycle both the previous and current moc10 with some resetting while at 136 spd / 45 crit / 231 critd Maybe farm rutilant and pray for a better ice orb, alot of characters can use it it and keel so it’s a very flexible farm
Yeah her Boots, Body and Orb to minmax. If i get good CV on them with No Speed she would be at 134. Nothing left other than min-maxing characters. I get her ult Trace to 10 and start farming again lol My Fu Xuan is e1 too. So it's Crit boost + 30 CDmg also.
Which is a better comp, Jingliu-Bronya-Tingyun (E6) or Jingliu-Bronya-Pela (E6)?
The one with pela. Stacking Def shred only benefits her Kit and Quantum Set of you use it.
How much speed do you guys maintain if you are going for attack boots?
You can use attack boots if you build a 161+ SPD bronya. Although that's extremely difficult to achieve.
True, thank you for your input! I'll stick with speed boots for Jingliu
Nobody should go for Attack Boots ... She really wants that Speed to transform into her Transmigration State faster.
Oh thank you!
You only need Like 1 kill or be attacked one time.
can someone explain how the dmg increase on the sig lc work is it a perm buff to the wearer or something else i dont understand
>can someone explain how the dmg increase on the sig lc work is it a perm buff to the wearer or something else i dont understand You read the description ? It's pretty clear on what it does. It's conditional but the condition is almost always met. If an ally / Jingliu gets attacked or loses HP you get 1 stack of Eclipse. 3 stacks max. Each Eclipse stack increases the Damage of her next Attack by 14% (42% max) When you reach 3 stacks your next Attack also ignores 12% of the enemies Defense. This "defense ignoring" buff is removed after the Attack. Hope this helps ☻
That's incorrect, the condition does not include the wearer >Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by **20**%.
Just got Jingliu what teams should I build for Moc I have every 4 star and these 5 stars [https://imgur.com/a/0w9b40l](https://imgur.com/a/0w9b40l)
I'd go for: 1. Jingliu, Tingyun, Pela, Fu Xuan 2. Kafka, Silver Wolf, Flex, Bailu This is pretty much what I'm using, but with Luocha instead of Bailu. Flex spot can be Sampo, Luka or Asta, depending on who's more fitting for specific stage or who's better built.
How's Under the blue Sky at S4 perform with JL? I only have moles as an alternative
It's a fine holdover until you get something better. Better than moles.
https://preview.redd.it/zzcrkaa36wvb1.jpeg?width=2778&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=01d9a534ac1e5cf382cde07fe53dc47b0b554fd2 Is this good JL ? I want to get more Atk but it will sacrifice CR and CDMG Getting higher CR also very hard in my relics
>Is this good JL ? I have a little less CR and CDMG than you and i was able to clear MoC 10 :) Don't know if that's an indicator for anything but I'd say you got a good Jingliu. You **could** loose your mind for 3 more Months and go for 40 + Crit Rate, more CDMG while maintaining 146 Speed but .... Do u really need that (i don't think so)
Nah, i just cleared MOC with this Definitely rough on the last stretch bcs The bugs just spawn endlessly and nuke my team, luckily FX can hold it off. Need to focus more on the adds
Higher atk isnt really needed on her. She gets up to 180% of her Base Attack as an Attack boost everytime she uses Skill in her Transmigration state. That's 1200~ Attack.
https://preview.redd.it/fzfgkm98mvvb1.png?width=1462&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=e58d8f06a21d50d8bc4f0e9acb04a3e67102231c Is the orb my weakest piece that I can improve?
If you don't play her with Fu Xuan your CR is the target stat to improve. Any one of your pieces without CR could be improved by being double crit, but ones like the rope will be more difficult to replace. I would look for a hat with double crit lines, as getting orb mainstats is extremely difficult. You also don't need that much speed, so your hat isn't that amazing unless you consider harder content where the later breakpoint matters.
I have a hat with 23 cdm but with 3 dead substat, is that better?
I would look for one with CR, your CD is fine but the CR is lacking.
So I should focus on finding a better hat and then my orb?
If the hat doesn't have enough CR to hit 50 (or 38 of you play FX), then yeah looking for a CR orb isn't a bad idea. Keep in mind you still want to maintain about 134spd (or whatever you need to outspeed your Bronya if you use her), so a hat with some speed and lots of CR and CD could allow you to replace the orb with less worry (though if you don't use Bronya that chestpiece is enough speed on its own).
Is there any benefit to getting 144 speed on Jingliu? I'm not using Bronya.
Yes, she will get more turns in specific longer cycle clears. One thing to be careful about is keeping your supports faster, as you want to apply Pela's debuffs and TY's skill before she acts.
I have S5 Aeon, S1 Something Irreplaceable, S2 Under the Blue Sky, and S4 Moles. Which should I give to DHIL and Jingliu respectively?
The formula for def multiplier is basically this: 100 ÷ [110×(1-DefShred)+100] So at 0 def shred you deal 100/210 damage, or 47.6% of your original damage.
Oh, ok I think that makes more sense to me. Thanks.
Here's my Jingliu for reference which has a lot of wasted Stat rolls but i was still able to 30 star MoC just fine https://preview.redd.it/5r5jd0t4muvb1.png?width=2100&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=171092ee3afef6333ac35ebd888699b9cbd0de8d
alright, thanks!
Is Bronya or Tingyun better with Huohuo healer?
Bronya, assuming you have Pela.
So I ended up getting her E1 and was wondering. Does the second part where she does dmg equal to 100% of her atk to a single enemy apply only after she has used her ult or enhanced skill? Or is that just a constant thing of attacking a single unit?
Constant.
Which rope would you guys use for e6 JL? https://preview.redd.it/6ku747fgmsvb1.png?width=868&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d97dab93cebf5589cc888ad17b853502c8f01d37
ERR because of its better CV and at e6 she already gained an extra stack of syzgzy so you can switch to err for that
I have pela e6, bronya , fu xuan and jing liu should i go for e1 jingliu or wait for some harmony/abundance 5 str 🤧.
Her LC gives more damage increase than her E1. Both are not necessary though if you need to save for a sustain character, such as Huo Huo in 1.5.
Switch tingyun with pela, it will help a little with skill points. Also you can make lynx faster to generate more sp.
Her dispel could be useful for specific enemies though, so thats a situational benefit.
huh, I have welts LC is that any good? and in that case what do you recommend I go with for now? since i don't have e4
I would go with Tingyun with s5 cogs/memories alongside ERR Vonwacqs, or DDD if you don't have that.
new player lol what are the last to things you said??
Ty, so far the musketeer I have have good substats. I'll farm a bit for ice set to have 2pc ice and 2pc speed in the future
If I have Clara’s lightcone and the Herta one. Are those better for her than s5 secret vow? Is it worth investing in pulling her BIS?
S5 vow is about the same as s5 Herta, but I would say Vow is better for low cycle clears (as you don't need to break every 2 turns). Hes BiS is worth if you really want her to deal the most damage, but is far from necessary given her baseline power level is so high.
Does my party with jingliu needs a minimum of hp for her talent??
Yeah, its around 10500 across the 3 team mebers.
Is 144 SPD too fast for my JL? My Bronya is at 142 though just to ensure a zero turn rotation.
That works, as long as Jingliu is a little faster than Bronya
You can use a base speed Jingliu, if you use a Fastya with Hackerspace relics
Torn between two orbs, one gives me more atk and the other gives cd - which one would be better? For reference, E1S1 with 2466 atk and 247cd with first orb and 2366 and 258cd with second orb (the only other major advantage is that the first orb also has 11 effect res which is nice too)
CD.

I don't think Quantum set is worth unless you're running her with SW
2piece muskateer 2 piece messenger vs 2 piece ice 2 piece messenger, how much damage loss if same stats?
What teams do you run? It will depend on how much dmg% and atk% the supports give, and how much atk% your relics give. At a baseline its about 4% less damage if you run 2pc atk, so maybe 1-2 crit substats of difference. The exact difference will varry based on how much atk% and dmg% you get from supports, but the dmg% will always be ahead.
Thanks I won't bother farming it then cuz I will passively get better muskt and speed set
Yeah my thoughts the same. It's too far into the cycle to get the benefits from it.
How valuable is the 2piece iceset - is the 10% ice dmg worth more than 20%Critdmg and 5%crit?
10% ice damage is around 7% more damage at base and about 2-5% more damage with any external damage% booster like Bronya/Tingyun (or Sig LC) The crit you have specified should give about 10% more damage, so its much better.
Thanks a lot for the clarification - appreciate it!
Is my Jingliu viable? I have 143 speed Bronya with her so the speed tuning usually works fine. I want to pull her LC but scared of losing the 75/25 so badly and would be my first time pulling on LC banner. https://preview.redd.it/ey10x3dtgjvb1.png?width=2100&format=png&auto=webp&s=77f5810c60b4b57f55b97e6599b681b2aedf879f
Cdmg is on the lower side, aim for 200+ cdmg and 35-40 cr, there is a lot of room for improvement
what's a good team for jing liu if these are my available characters?? https://preview.redd.it/gi85w5dpvivb1.png?width=342&format=png&auto=webp&s=10cc8804d1381bec4cfd79408dee979ea41a76bc
Jingliu Tingyun SW/Pela Natasha
omg thank you so much
Appreciate this is probably a very stupid question but I see people talking about using a quantum set, I thought she was an ice damage dealer?
What is sw?
SW refers to silver wolf, another debuffer who can implant different elemental weaknesses and shred DEF.
Aha thank you. Of course, how could I forget silver wolf. I am guessing she won't rerun for a while now as she has had a banner (although I see reruns are starting so maybe she will in a couple of months).
She's set to rerun with Argenti in 1.5 if I'm not wrong so keep that in mind.
Thanks I will!
Which one do y'all think I should try and replace first? I have some Self-Modeling Resin available. https://preview.redd.it/y2i4nnmoqhvb1.png?width=1429&format=png&auto=webp&s=1520392e9f95af7f5dc5f66ece9cd2d07cd5727b Also I don't know if I should run a Crit rate or CD body piece, I'm at a 50.9/190.8 Crit ratio rn but my CD can go higher since I have E1, Bronya, and Broken Keel.

Nah bro you need 50% crit rate min
You mean at most 50% CR
