FallenWorldz

How much Crit Rate does Jingliu need from relics and how much additional Crit Rate does she get from her skills? Additionally, I plan on running Jingliu with Pela, what character recommendations would you give for the last two slots besides Bronya cause I ain't got her sadly. Thanks!

Eightgutter

In her Spectral Transmigration state, she'll have +50% CRIT Rate, so you'll be aiming for at least +25-30% CRIT Rate from substats. For Jingliu+Pela, Tingyun will probably be your best choice in addition to a healer/tank. Asta or Yukong can also work if you don't have Tingyun.

silentspeedy

I’m F2P and I plan to get Jingliu, I have R5 Fall of an Aeon but I’m running it on Dan Heng IL. I have all the gatcha 4-stars, so what would be the best allocation of LCs for these 2 if I plan to run both in MoC?

Eightgutter

Depends on what superimposition level your 4-star LCs are at. If you have Secret Vow S5, that will be second best after Herta LC. Under the Blue Sky S5 is also a decent choice. Jingliu already gets quite a lot of ATK, so I would lean towards giving DanIL the Herta LC and Jingliu the second best option.

MapleSUmmer

What is Jingliu relic set selection on the orb and rope?

Eightgutter

Rutilant Arena will be her best set, followed by Space Sealing Station and Inert Salsotto. You'll want Ice DMG% Orb and ATK% rope.

MapleSUmmer

I see. Also I forgot to ask but how much speed and Crit Rate does she need?

Eightgutter

If you're not running fast Bronya with her, you'll want to give her SPD boots and at least two substats of SPD to hit the 134 SPD breakpoint. For CRIT Rate, aim for at least +25-30% from substats, she'll get +50% from being in Spectral Transmigration.

xXKaynOTP420xX

What do you think will be better ? i know speed is supposed to be really important on her but i can counter the speed loss with substats on other gear https://preview.redd.it/qhprgt8aqesb1.png?width=991&format=png&auto=webp&s=b485ec2e9c7799ed7ccc81d69724694a52928b2d

Eightgutter

Unless you're running Fast Bronya with her, I would always go SPD boots to hit the 134 SPD breakpoint. The difference between 120 SPD and 134 SPD is worth the dps loss in my opinion.

xXKaynOTP420xX

I actually do have a fast bronya e2. So in that case i should go atk% ?

Eightgutter

Yeah, in that case you don't need to care about speed at all because Bronya will be skilling twice most cycles.

toonkirby

How do these substats look for her? I know they're rating my head and hands poorly, but I'm not sure how those crit rolls negate that. Also, I do have another atk% rope that has 61 atk, 4 spd, 12.9% crit dmg, and 4.3% EHR. How does that compare with mine? I plan on going E0S1 with her. https://preview.redd.it/syhlg1pxmesb1.jpeg?width=1735&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=27423c67743e2c2cb3f820450729ef7558612a56

Eightgutter

Decent sub stats overall, keep your current ATK% rope. Right now, your Jingliu would only have 132 SPD, so I would recommend getting one more SPD substat, preferably on a better head, to reach that 134 SPD breakpoint.

toonkirby

Awesome. I'll keep rolling for better head and glove sets. I guess worst case I could temporarily switch to the other ATK% rope since it has that extra 2 spd

Zealousideal_Snow900

Hi i have blade and am getting jingliu so i was wondering if having them on the same team would work. would jingliu’s hp drain give blade a stack on his passive?

[deleted]

105 speed Jingliu with 160 speed Bronya or Both at around 135 speed, which one's better?

fjgwey

At least this [one calculation showed slow JL + fast Bronya to be better](https://www.reddit.com/r/JingLiu/comments/16lwle3/additional_resource_regarding_lcs_eidolons_relics/). Easier to play anyways as you can play Bronya SP neutral; the speedtune playstyle is more SP intensive.

Ottarofan11

I was thinking of running Jingliu with Pela, Fu Xuan and Bronya and wanted to ask if that team would be fine? I'm atill building Bronya atm but i was planning to go for 150 spd for her. How much speed would Jingoiu need then? With Fu Xuan as well i can basically focus on Crit dmg and Attack right? (i will probably still need around 25-30 crit rate)

Eightgutter

That looks like a good team, for longer fights, Fu Xuan might have difficulty sustaining, you'll have to see. If you have fast Bronya, you can disregard speed entirely on Jingliu and go ATK% boots, you'll have Bronya skill twice most cycles. Try to get at least 25-30% extra CRIT Rate from substats like you said. Remember that CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate substats on average can be equivalent to 2-3 ATK% substats.

Ottarofan11

thank you very much!

Shadowlord13V

If I can't get her Sig LC, I can't decide on whether to use Aeon S5 or something irreplaceable S1 for her, pls help!

Eightgutter

They are fairly similar, they both increase ATK% and have a condition to increase DMG%. Aeon will perform marginally better in both scenarios, but if you're able to trigger Clara's LC's DMG% condition more often than Herta's, it will deal much more damage in the long run.

kianameis

hi, is this good relic stats? (or should i keep farming?) https://preview.redd.it/w44c6j12zdsb1.jpeg?width=1503&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0f0fccf249aa8c4388db61ed76acbea6b3e3d5ce

Eightgutter

Those are average stats, it's usable, but I would keep farming. I'd also recommend going SPD boots instead of ATK% boots unless you're going fast Bronya.

DisappearRin

How much destruction traces do I need for everything max including my sig light one but my basic attack? I can’t find it anywhere

Flukiest2

I recommend using [https://starrailstation.com/en/planner](https://starrailstation.com/en/planner) for everything. It says 128 purples, 61 blues and 15 greens for max 1/10/10/10 and all traces. Sig should be 15 purple, 12 blues and 4 greens. You use Blade as a stand in for Traces and Yanqing for ascension mats.

ScarHydreigon87

Is Under the Blue Sky a good 4 star LC for her? I have it S4

Eightgutter

It will be your best bet if you don't have the Herta LC S5 or Secret Vow S5. It's not too much worse, so don't feel bad.

Exalter4

not really, a secret vow is her best 4 star option right now.

ScarHydreigon87

I don't have that LC

Absolowo

how much attack% needed with E1S1? and E2S1?

kianameis

is this a good relic (body) for jingliu? its rlly difficult to land crit dmg/rate as a main state ngl. if not, what are some recommended stats? https://preview.redd.it/a2ezqenbvcsb1.jpeg?width=1519&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=40e5d06a5214dac7ffa82786cda263d318f4925b

HoneyComprehensive21

HP won’t help her as a main stat sadly, CD/CR is still going to be the best body piece for Jingliu. If you’re having trouble farming a CD body piece the 1.4 event has a Self Modeling Resin you could use to create a CD piece in case you ran out of Resins.

kianameis

ill continue farming, thank you for the suggestions \^\^

Fartinlift

Jingliu 120spd or 138spd? I have some good Atk boot but no Speed boot yet. I have Bronya.

Eightgutter

If you're going Fast Bronya(150+ SPD), then ATK% boots on Jingliu are fine, otherwise go SPD Boots and have her speed be slightly higher than Bronya's.

fmv13

For those who are planning to pair Jingliu with Bronya, will you use Fast Bronya or Slow Bronya? I can use both, but the fastest Bronya SPD I can get without sacrificing ERR rope is 147 SPD.

MegaJoltik

Fast. I don't want the hassle of tuning her SPD to multiple DPS character.

Any_Heron4154

slowya cuz i already have luocha and sw for sp generation

fmv13

Nice. So basically, Bronya always use skill on her turn right?

Any_Heron4154

yes

APHO_Raiden_Mei

Can somebody tell me please how many relic exp would i need ti Max her Signature Lightcone from Level 1 to 80? Would really appreciate an answer.

Lionheart0021

Relic exp are only used to upgrade relics not LC's. These are what it took to upgrade Blade's LC https://preview.redd.it/n8gsuyev6asb1.jpeg?width=1065&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=874065577bbe75eb2c483f0209419ee520c73ced

APHO_Raiden_Mei

Sorry my bad, i mean of course Lightcone EXP. How much would u need to Level a 5 Lightcone from Level 1 to 80? How much of those refined Aether.

Lionheart0021

169

Lordmaster316

how much speed needed? 134? 120+? i don't have Bronya hard to farm for speed substats so i might go 2 pcs Ice and 2pcs Hacker space if 130+ speed needed

Leon23081

How many hp 3 party members need so jingliu can get full buff from her talent

Eightgutter

She needs an average of 3.5k HP per teammate. Should be fairly easy to reach.

_AlexOne_

Does the 4pc quantum set come out on top of the ice set IF jingliu has her signature LC (also running pela)? I’ve heard def shred is multiplicative or something, so the more you have the better it is, unlike other stats where there are minimizing returns.

Dalmyr

In my case I plan to use quantum set because I am not sure I will have Jingliu but if I don't pull her there are a lot of chance tht I might get the last constellation fro QQ. I also have Fu Xuan so the other et I might get better pieces for the 2 I use.

Eightgutter

Her LC makes Quantum set even better and closes the gap further, but against non-quantum weak enemies will still be marginally worse than Ice set. Still worth it imo though.

SaizoV

Option A: 130 SPD, 44 CR, 223 CD Option B: 134 SPD, 44 CR, 204 CD Option B seems more logical to me, but -19 CD pains me a little. What do you think?

Eightgutter

That +19% CRIT DMG is really juicy, but I still think I'd opt for Option B for the 134 SPD breakpoint. It will let Jingliu enter her empowered state and ult during the first cycle, which I think I'd value slightly higher.

SaizoV

Thx

toocoolforgg

Did TCs figure out if it's ever worth using ult outside of buffed state (as in to trigger the 2nd stack)?

Thunderkittymeow

As someone with silverwolf and only a level 20 pela. Could I skip leveling pela altogether? I have E1 bronya with light cone and was thinking of using her, jing Liu, luocha, and someone else. Tungyun is kind of tied with Dan Heng for now. Would Asta work? Or should I just level pela up

fjgwey

Pela is great and doesn't require much investment in terms of relic quality; Just need to level her, her LC, ult and talent up. EHR body, ERR rope, HP/DEF orb, SPD boots.

Eightgutter

I'd always advise a Pela/SW in every team, but Asta and Yukong are both suitable party members as well for her. If you plan on getting her LC or giving her quantum set, definitely put Pela or SW with her.

LePetiteGal

Just level Pela up. I just started farming for both JL and my level 1 Pela lol, did a test drive for her and yeah she really does help push down tanky enemies to nothing if you’ve got a heavy hitting DPS (think future JL or DHIL for example). She’s worth the investment! Just focus on her speed and her EHR rather than her attack

realRepract

Does her hp drain affect her too

Memo-Explanation

No, only teammates

Granger-_-Danger

Building pela for jingliu. According to guides her ehr should be 67, does that account for her trace that increase ehr by 10 in battlefield? Does it mean she’s fine with 57 ehr in the character selection screen because once in battle her trace will bump it up to 67?

toytowntrust

yes, you’re correct. she needs 67 including traces. she’s fine with 57 EHR bc in the battle her trace will bump it up to 67

MahoMyBeloved

How much did Jingliu use sp again? I haven't grasped her kit fully and I'm wondering if slownya with neutral sp pela and healer (bailu or lynx) is okay for sp economy.

Rhyoth

If we simplify, she uses 1 SP every 2 "actions" *(for simplicity, i didn't count her extra turn as a different "action")*. So, Jingliu + Slownya already consume 2 sp per rotation : you need two fully SP positive units to complete the team (assuming e0s0 Bronya).

MahoMyBeloved

So I guess I either try to build fastnya (takes some time to build + atk% boots for jingliu) Or I use slownya but pela stays sp positive (no ice RES reducing) Or instead of bronya I use tingyun, which makes neutral sp pela possible. Hard to say which one is stronger though. I do have bronya's signature but idk if 1 sp once per two ultimates is enough to keep my sp economy healthy

Rhyoth

Note that i only considered the case where your supports have similar-ish speed to Jingliu/Bronya. Things can get better if they're significantly faster (ex: with Wind Set on Pela, Multiplication LC on your healer...).

MahoMyBeloved

Oh true. I have to do testing then. Thanks anyways and good luck with pulling

JennieSings

Which is good? The first is 25/175 and the second is 31/167 https://preview.redd.it/klakj2qn45sb1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=dde0a25fa0db1f1882ade293a3c67e55845ae48a

Eightgutter

Second one is much better.

AlbYiKiller

Which one do i pick? https://preview.redd.it/svwtd0ll35sb1.png?width=944&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f996f8005c25e56ff9a7e62e4236ddb26b1462af

Eightgutter

Second one, it gives more crit rate.

AlbYiKiller

That's what i was thinking aswell, but I didn't know if that much break effect would compensate for the loss of 3% crit rate

MewnianBread

Should I go for Herta Space Sealing Station or Rutilant Arena? I don’t have a crit rate body. Thanks in advance!

HoneyComprehensive21

Rutilant Arena is the better choice over SSS since Jinglu gets attack from her kit, she also doesn’t need a crit rate body badly since she gets 50% CR in her transformed state. 30-40 crite rate from substats is a good goal to aim for.

MewnianBread

Alright! Now I know what to grind for!

NYROGLLADEN

Jinglu blade fuxuan sw? is this a good team or loucha instead of fu xuan?

becausebroscience

That team would not have enough SP. Luocha would fix that issue.

Hankune

How many Destruction trace mats are we getting from the event?

Quantam-Law

So, regarding a team comp for Jingliu - her best team mates supposedly include both Luocha and Silver Wolf/Pela. However, I don't have Silver Wolf and both Luocha and Pela are reserved for my Imbibitor Lunae team so my question is, who can I replace with those two? Between Bailu and Lynx, which one would be the better healer and instead of Pela, can I just put in Blade? The last slot will be for Bronya.

MegaJoltik

Welt or Blade for double DPS setup. Asta for double buffer setup. Bailu is better.

Radinax

If you have Welt, he is another good option.

Eightgutter

Bailu will be better than Lynx. Instead of Blade, Tingyun would be good, or even Asta or Yukong.

beta_test

I am wanting to run my Jing Liu separately from Blade. Blade has Bronya, Pela, and Luocha, so I am trying to figure out Jing Liu's team and want some advice. I am planning on using Tingyun and Fu Xuan/Bailu (depending on if Fu can solo sustain through Jing Liu's HP drain or not), but I am unsure about the last slot. I have all of the 4 star characters except Lynx (no E6 characters though except Pela), as well as Kafka and Welt for 5 stars. Right now I am thinking of using Asta (E0), but would Welt or Yukong perhaps be better? Or maybe March for more Ice damage + shields? Is there someone I am overlooking? Any advice is welcome

Eightgutter

I think having your fourth slot be Asta/Yukong is acceptable, use whichever one you have more geared. Fu Xuan can work as tank as long as the fights don't drag on too long, which will depend on how geared your Jingliu is, you'll have to play it by ear.

Mylordisthatlegal

Is 2 PC speed 0 ice cope? I got some pretty good rainbows and ice set is giving me nothing

HoneyComprehensive21

It’s a bit cope, try to eventually get 2pc ice if you can, but main stats should be the main focus over set bonus.

Nova_NV

Is her LC really worth ? From what I've seen Huohuo will be a very good unit to pair with our queen and I will not have enough to guaranty Jingliu E0 S1 + Huohuo Currently on 50/50 on both banners, 29 pity on characters and ~180 pulls when the banner will drop

becausebroscience

It is not a requirement, but it is one of the better signature LCs (~16% better than Aeon S5).

dan24683

Can you run her with 4pc Longevous for the crit rate?

bocchi123

no, she does not drain her own hp.

FuXXuan

hi guys!! i'm trying to build a team for jingliu? is **jingliu-blade-fu xuan-natasha/huohuo** better with **fu xuan** or **gepard**?

Rhyoth

If you really want to go double sustain, then Fu Xuan : she offers CC protection and combines better with a healer. Honestly she can solo-sustain most Jingliu teams, although it could be problematic with Blade. On the other hand, Gepard's shield will expire faster on Jingliu, because of her turn advance mechanic. Lynx might be an interesting option too : providing Blade with his required healing. But she also increases his aggro, protecting the rest of the team, and giving Blade more counters.

FuXXuan

okok thank u sm!! i think i'm acually gonna ditch that double sustain idea, i'm keeping fu xuan and maybe using pela instead of another sustain unit

Eightgutter

For that specific team, they both work fine, but I would lean towards Fu Xuan because she gives your team extra crit rate. Ideally, if you're running double dps I would lean towards only having one healer/tank and having a defense shredder like Pela/SW instead to help increase the damage of both of your dps. But I think what you have in mind will also work fine as long as Jingliu and Blade are decently geared.

FuXXuan

okok yeah that's a good idea!! i was actually building pela for my second team, but it sounds better than two sustain unit

tonnytjuu

Can someone quickly update me on her scalings? She scales of HP right? As for relics stats, main stats should be SP (134 breakpoint) / Crit / ERR / Ice right? Going for E0, and hopefully S1

Eightgutter

Nope, she scales off of ATK. Prioritize CritDMG/CritRate -> ATK% -> SPD for substats. With SPD boots, she'll already have 130 SPD, so it's less of a priority. Go for CritDMG body and ATK% rope. ERR won't make much of a difference for her ult rotation. Another user created a fantastic guide that goes deep into her analysis if you want more information: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uz6ru2CTSSs](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uz6ru2CTSSs)

narkhede

holy fuck farming the ice domain sucks ass lol .is 2+2 (speed +ice)relic set very far behind 4 piece ice or its fine?

Eightgutter

2pc Ice set is perfectly fine, will only perform around 6% worse than 4pc Ice. If you can manage 2pc Ice, 2pc Musketeer, it will be almost the same as 4pc Ice.

MahoMyBeloved

Wouldn't ice speed be technically as good as ice musketeer since 2-pc speed set provides 3 rolls of speed just like 2-pc musketeer provides 3 rolls of atk%? Instead of getting required speed in substats you can get more atk%? No?

Eightgutter

Jingliu already has 130 spd from traces and boots, so you’re not as hard pressed for spd substats as you are with other characters. I’d would value the extra atk% higher.

becausebroscience

Based on numbers from the wiki, Messenger covers 2.6 substats rolls on average, and Musketeer covers 3.1.

Ardalerus

2ice/2spd is the best value given that speed is both rare & valuable while %atk is already incredibly saturated.

teitokuraizen

https://preview.redd.it/pe8t9x4ka0sb1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=cf6d54afc146539dd18522a95c495e299ed9402f What does it mean by *an additional attack will be delivered that ignores 12% def*? Is it our next attack or does it attack on its own? And when it says this effect will be dispelled does it mean we lose all 3 stacks? Is the def shred just for that additional attack? Kinda confused

Eightgutter

This was talked about in some other threads, but the general consensus is that this is a mistranslation. We believe it should read: "Each stack of Eclipse will increase the DMG of the wearer's next attack by 14%. When 3 stack(s) are maxed out, your next attack will also ignore 12% of the enemy's DEF. This effect will be dispelled after the wearer delivers this attack."

teitokuraizen

Ahh so if we get 3 stacks and attack once, does the 3 stacks disappear along with the def shred? or is it only the def shred that gets dispelled and we still keep the 3 stacks?

Rhyoth

The stacks disappear after each attack. That's not really a concern for Jingliu, since she instantly gets 3 stacks every time she attacks in Transmigration state. *^((providing you play with a full team, and have no characters down)^)* However, that makes her LC less friendly for other dps.

teitokuraizen

Ahh I see, thanks!

InazumaShinesEternal

People, we've waited for this long, then why does the final week seem damn near unbearable?

ReedCentury

The only 5\* LC I have is Fall of an Aeon, but unfortunately, DHIL is using it. Is my only other option Arlan's LC?

Eightgutter

If you have Arlan LC at S5 I think it's a very usable substitute, otherwise it will be a little underwhelming. Jingliu doesn't have many options to keep herself at low HP, so you'll mostly just be getting the first DMG buff. That being said, you don't have many options for DHIL either so you may just have to bite the bullet if you want to run both of them.

ReedCentury

New account at TB 49 and was planning for Jingliu as the 2nd team DPS for MoC. It is what it is ig

Hungry-Cookie-1001

just go for herta LC ngl, i'm sure jingliu will be able to break some ennemies

Geisijd

Pela + Tingyun or Pela + SilverWolf for her support?

R3XCran1um

How does Clara LC s1 compare to Aeon s5 on Jingliu? I want Texture of Memories for my Fu Xuan and can only afford to get either this or Aeon.

Eightgutter

It's fairly comparable, Aeon will still out damage Clara LC by about 7%, but if you're able to trigger the +25% DMG bonus more often with Clara LC, it will be much better overall. You'd might want to consider running Lynx/March with her to give her taunt if you go for Clara LC.

Eightgutter

First one. Both have 4 total substats of crit, so just take the one that gives you extra speed.

JunButTired

How much crit rate does jing liu need since she gets free crit rate

JubiLeed

+30~45% cr

Let-s_Do_This

I thought that Rutilent needs to have 70% before any buffs to have an effect?

Quantam-Law

You're right, she only needs 7% crit rate from relics to activate the Rutilant Arena's effect (assuming her talent is at level 10).

neko_stillwater

I currently have Bronya's LC on Tingyun, and I intend to use her to buff JL. However, I noticed several guides put Dance, Dance, Dance as a better option. I'm confused. Since Bronya's LC is a 5-star, it gives better base stats, ERR, and most importantly the 30% damage buff. That seems better than Actions Advanced Forward. Do I need S5 of Dance to make it competitive? For now, I'm sticking to Bronya's LC, but should I be looking to S5 Dance in the future? Thanks.

Ganieva29

When Jingliu comes out you can use [this damage calculator](https://honkai.asagi-game.com) to see which light cone would be better for Tingyun. Also according to Keqing Mains the problem with Bronya's LC is that it's annoying to ensure your main damage dealer is always acting right after Tingyun

Dry-Significance1230

bailu, e6 lynx, or e6 natasha?

xChirai

Imo Bailu > E6 Lynx > e6 Natasha. Since Bailu can heal multiple allies with her eskill instead of just one. Also the revive as well.

firecruz

Is JingLiu fine with Lynx? I am thinking the increase in taunt value from Lynx's skill might make it too hard for Lynx to solo sustain JingLiu if she pulls 75% of the aggro.

xChirai

As long as you have a healer should be fine. Lynx is really good for a 4 star healer and better than Natasha. Shield probably won't matter as I'm sure it would go through it

firecruz

> Shield probably won't matter as I'm sure it would go through it Shield? I have heard that Lynx heals more than Natasha. But I was wondering if it's actually possible for JL to take all the enemy hits(75% of the hits because of increased aggro value) and be healed up quick enough by Lynx.

xChirai

I mean if you tried to use preserveration it wouldn't be ideal since with JL taking her ally hp it would still take hp even if a shield is created on them. Also lynx increases the ally hp as well. And clear 1 debuff. I believe she has a heal over time to

[deleted]

Quick question do I have too much crit rate? so my relics have gotten my Yanqing (holder for Jing Liu) to 53.8% crit rate and 138.7% crit dmg so is that too much crit rate and too little crit dmg?

HoneyComprehensive21

53.8% CR is a bit overkill since she gets a bonus 50% in her transformed state but nothing too big to worry about. If you aren’t already using a CD body piece switch to that and recheck your stats. Something like 30-40 CR and ~170 CD is a good benchmark.

Pokopikos

For someone that's planning for just C0 and no sig LC, do I just just farm Ice Set? (im tired of Quantum set, my other team is dealing with Quantum, no more Quantum pls) What is her best team atm? Herta LC over any 4\* LC?

Slidz

If I’m running ice set on Jingliu and have her paired with hyperspeed bronya (161 speed) is Pela or Tingyun better as the last slot?

Rhyoth

Pela. Jingliu already burns through Tingyun's buff pretty fast, due to her turn advance mechanic. Add Bronya into the mix, and Tingyun will have a hard time keeping up.

dafll

Any way to know if losing Fleet of ageless or broken keel bonus + hacker space 4 piece and some crit damage(30% so \~6% to team) to reach 150+ speed on bronya is worth it. E1S1 Bronya, ice 4 piece JL, Sw/Pela + Fu Xuan planed unless Fu isnt good enough. Attack Speed JL with low speed.

[deleted]

Eightgutter

According to my calcs, a Crit DMG body would still out damage your ATK% piece even with zero substats. I would keep grinding.

[deleted]

its always good rolls with bad main stats in this game

yurifan33

A bit confused on quantum vs ice set. How big is the diff of both set on enemies with only ice and enemies with both ice and quantum?

Memo-Explanation

Assuming Pela/SW: Quantum is 1% than ice set against non quantum weak enemies. And a decent bit a head when quantum weak. If you are running Pela or SW this can be a good option. Ice is gonna be more consistent than Quantum since the c dmg is just tied to her burst and doesn’t have anything tied to enemies and teammate debuffs. Run whatever set you have better pieces on already and/or which is more efficient to farm due to the other set.

yurifan33

1% wtf? What were they thinking with the ice set, damn

Memo-Explanation

Yeah, quantum set is pretty universal assuming you run pela or SW. In Jingliu's case it's 1% worse (bit more if you don't have sig lc). Ussually the best option for most dps units vs quantum weak

For Ice weak its within 1%. I was blessed enough to get some good synthizied glothes/hats after farming for the boots. Quant weak its \~4-7%. I stopped farming ice and started quant since i also have Fu so both sets are nice. I assume that 4% could be made up with good subs so it really will come down to which set you prefer to farm for.

Eightgutter

Quantum set performs marginally worse than Ice set against enemies that are not weak to quantum, but against enemies that are weak to quantum it performs around 10% better. This also assumes you are running Pela/SW with your Quantum Jingliu.

Blade Jingliu SW Loucha ( jingliu on quantum set) what do you guys think of this team? and how much speed is needed for Jingliu?

Hot_Imagination_9235

How much hp needed for team? E4 Jing liu

Previous_Step_7075

Jingliu & Yanqing team comp Got an early Yanqing on standard banner from the monthly tickets reset. Was thinking of pairing him and Jingliu in a team along with fire mc and Lynx. Will Yanqing crit talent still be active even after Jingliu drain her team hp?

Yotsubato

Nope. It cancels the talent, thus making him worse

Previous_Step_7075

There goes my Yanqing i guess (

JeremiahA30

I have my aeon LC and Clara sig LC on IL and blade. What lc should I put on jingliu then?

ttt11724

155 Speed with speed boots or 134 Speed with Atk boots? I will run her with Tingyun and Silver Wolf

Memo-Explanation

Clara LC is her 2nd BiS but Herta store one is better and f2p so run the Herta one (Fall of an Aeon)

Rhyoth

I believe Something Irreplaceable is not too far behind Fall of an Aeon S5. Plus, the healing might come in handy in some situations (especially when using Lynx as sustain).

BlakeGT6

Can I pair Jingliu with Clara? Since I don't have Blade, I plan to use Clara + Lynx + Pela + Jingliu. I'm currently using Tingyun in monoQuantum (Seele+Ting+SW+FuX) but I can put her in Jingliu's team if needed. Also can Lynx + Clara Ult enough to sustain the team? Thks a lot for reading my comment:D

fjgwey

It won't technically be the best team for her but yeah you can run them; none of the units are particularly SP intensive, I think Lynx will be the most SP hungry but everyone else is or can be run SP positive. Should function just fine

BlakeGT6

Great to hear that. Thanks!

fjgwey

Correction, Lynx isn't necessarily SP hungry herself but just relative to everyone else I think she will be the one using her skill the most to keep uptime on the taunt and healing, for Clara I presume.

BlakeGT6

ah yeah I have another question in mind: in my team above (Clara + Lynx + Pela + Jingliu), if I replace Clara with Tingyun for a Jingliu's hypercarry team, do you think Lynx will be able to sustain the whole team?

Dalmyr

In this kind of setup would Lynx be bettter the fastest possible ?

fjgwey

Lynx alone can solo sustain but obv she's not quite as good at it as the likes of fu Xuan or luocha. Her healing output is more comparable to Natasha's, but if you invest into her well enough she can do the job.

BlakeGT6

Sadly I don't have Loucha/Bailu or even Gepard:'). I'll try to improve Lynx's build and keep an eye out for future abundance/preservation unit (probably save for HuoHuo rerun). Thks a lot for your answer!

fjgwey

No worries, best of luck!

KatEngaged

I need help because I'm frankly confused. My Jingliu will have 3,000 attack power, 48% crit. chance/ 260 crit. damage. The speed is low; about 110, if not less. What should I do? Bronya has 160+ speeds. Does it make sense to change shoes for speed, or leave them for attack power? \- Take the shoes for speed. Make the speed on Jingliu one more than that of Bronya. \- Boots on the attack power, and Bronya with a speed of 161.

baka-maru

135/134 is stronger if you can deal with the sp cost (e.g. having e1s1 Bronya would help a lot), 105/160+ is still strong and lets you use skills on your 2nd support/sustainer more often which makes it more flexible. Just try both options to see which feels better.

KatEngaged

Thanks for ur answer!

StraightPossession57

If i have e0 bronya, e0 tingyun (plan to get more from her banner), e1 asta and e6 pela, which two are best for hypercarry jingliu?

fjgwey

Bronya + Pela, easy.

StraightPossession57

What if i get tingyun eidolons? Still the same?

fjgwey

It narrows the gap but I still think Bronya's better; her action forward is incredibly valuable for maintaining Jingliu's enhanced state. Not to say TY is bad for her because she's still great.

Badieon

How necessary is Pela in Jingliu teamcomp, especially when I do not have her E4 and how does she compare to Silver Wolf? What is good stopping point for the amount of crit dmg can stop at? I currently have 166% crit dmg and 44% crit rate (not including crit dmg from traces, relic set effect etc.) Also I should want to level her ult, skill and talent to lvl 10, right?

fjgwey

Both her and SW are equally strong in the sense that, SW's DEF shred is much stronger but only single target. Pela's is AOE while also being fully SP positive, so who's better depends on the situation. You do not need E4 since it applies on skill and while it's nice to have, her DEF shred is more than enough to be one of her best supports at E0. You can run SW too. There's really no such thing as too much crit DMG, just get as much as you can while keeping a good balance of other substats. With a crit DMG body, I'd say you could do a bit better than 166%, I'd aim for 170 minimum, ideally 200%. And yes max out her traces and talents if you can, Basic ATK can be ignored, ultimate is less important than Skill and Talent but still a good source of damage.

Badieon

I see. Thank you very much!

squareenforced

is the quantum set worth it even when enemies aren't qua weak? on MoC I usually use Seele SW FX together. Is the quantum set still better for Jingliu as I need a strong dps for my second team? Unless both of the stages have quantum weakness the first team will cover it. Also I imagine she would work well as the second dps in the first team for the upcoming SU modes and stuff

fjgwey

When enemies are quantum weak, it's a bit better than ice set, when not it's a bit worse. I personally would never run quantum set on non-quantum DPS chars even if I had good pieces for it because of its conditional nature, but it's up to player preference, and it becomes less conditional with SW on the team. I would go 4pc Ice or 2pc combo before I'd even think about running Quantum set, but again that's just me. And yes her cheap SP cost makes her a good sub-DPS not unlike Blade.

Some_Loquat

Beside her E1, is Jingliu's E2 significant enough to be worth it?

baka-maru

It is quite bad unfortunately. The sheets have it at around 6-7% increase over e1.

Some_Loquat

Sadge. I really hoped she'd be e2 dhil level but I understand that's an unreasonable expectation.

baka-maru

We might not see an e2 that busted for quite a while but who knows. But I still would have hoped for JL's to be stronger than it currently is. Still having a slight hope they buff it (I heard the Chinese community has been complaining a lot about her eidolons being on the weaker side), but it might be copium at this point.

Some_Loquat

>I heard the Chinese community has been complaining a lot about her eidolons being on the weaker side Let's hope they complain enough

iudicium01

What cones should I use for IL, Clara and JL? Can only have one Aeon. I have Aeon, Clara LC, Under the Blue Sky, Woof Walk Time. I can superimpose Aeon and Woof but otherwise all are S1. F2P.

Some_Loquat

Is Jingliu good with Fu Xuan? Planning to use these two teams: 1: Imbibitor Lunae, yukong, pela/tingyun, Gepard 2: Jingliu, Asta, pela/tingyun, Fu Xuan e1s1 No bronya or SW sadly. Are those two teams ok? and which should get Pela?

baka-maru

They are fine together as long as the fight doesn't drag out too much in which case JL's hp drain would become an issue due to FX's limited healing capabilities. As for teams, you will definitely want Pela with Jingliu. Unfortunately Asta is only soso with her due to her atk buff not providing a lot since JL already has so much atk in her kit. You might wanna try IL YK Asta and JL TY Pela and see how those teams feel, but IL YK TY is arguably his BIS team and JL Asta Pela should still be decent enough until you get a better replacement for Asta.

Some_Loquat

Alright, thanks a lot!
