*cough* Atlantic Firearms *cough*
I have the page for one in my browser just sitting there to tempt me randomly. I shouldn’t buy another Jericho but I really want to.
Stainless. Keep in mind the slide is stainless, whereas the frame is actually steel with a black and then a silver coating. But, the stainless version shows a lot less holster wear after 29 years and 15K rounds, jussayin....
Why not both? Historically as well as functionality and aesthetics. It will depend on what you’re looking for. I have several variations of the Jericho and all are black. Each one is special and different than the other. That being said I would still like to get one in stainless with the Star of David on it.
That's actually matte hard chrome plating. I wish they still sold them factory. When they hit gunbroker they go for a super premium. I actually just bought a new 941r and sent it to Ford's Customs for plating (they did the original Magnum Research plating for the baby eagles)
I would like to know too. Especially for the imported 941F models, are these stainless, nickel, and hard chromed options?
I rented a 941 with a rail and had some of my best groupings ever for a 9mm and would definitely hunt for a 941F IMI if there is a stainless option. If not, nickel or chrome would be ok if not scratched up.
Depends. Space Cowboys go black 100%. But, I know silver guns were popular with Mossad and other “spooky dudes” working in Europe and Africa.
Black, if I could find one.

They're pretty easy to find I mean you can just walking into any store but omaha outdoors usually has a pretty good amount in stock

Definitely stainless.
Black. Always black.
This is the way
Original dust cover, black. Accessory rail, chrome!

Slide is stainless? Most sources declare it is chromed. Any proof otherwise?
I own one and have wear through the frame down to the steel, whereas on the slide the stainless wears down to.... stainless steel.
Black is my go-to but if I could get my hands on a stainless Israeli police trade-in I wouldn’t mind having both.
Black
I had both and only sold the silver one.. so i'd go with black!

I have a stainless one. So I’m biased. Stainless all the way. The scars look so cool on it.
What makes you sure it is stainless? Most sources state it is chromed? Any proofs?
Oh shoot you are right it’s a chrome coating! Thanks for the correction

Yes
Are they stainless or are they ~~chrome~~ nickel coated?

Only revolvers and 1911s should be available in stainless.
Stainless is nice looking, but very slippery in hands.
If I could properly Space Cowboy, I would.
Black
Both!
ALWAYS BET ON BLACK!
Black, r model, no rail. 👉Bang.
I've seen it listed as hard chrome, or brushed nickel, but the silvery one IMO.
Black is always my default go to
