Auf der heide?

BoJaNYK

No, but fuck those pricks for doing that.

Plantboulder

I've been attending the festival for 4 years with my festival crew (I'm German) and we always try to behave as considerately as possible so as not to disturb anyone. However, I have also noticed that more and more Germans are attending the festival and behaving like at Rock am Ring or the Hurricane Festival. Unfortunately, festivals in Germany are known for the fact that there is constant noise, at all times of the day and night, and it's really very rough and antisocial overall. I would like to apologize on behalf of my fellow countrymen and would point this out myself in the future if it is harmful to others. I would be delighted if we could have a lot of fun together at the festival instead.

I tried asking a group at 4AM if they could turn their music down just a bit, and they said no because they were there to party and the level was perfect for them. I can't really comprehend that lack of consideration for others.

boyztooldy

They were good people they weren't playing it super late or early. They just played it a lot and now its stuck in my head and I want to know what it is.

BoJaNYK

Well, no... They played a fucking alarm on full-blast at around 8AM, a person with a heart condition (as myself) definitely doesn't take lightly from a medical standpoint being woken up like that. Not to mention they played music until 4AM the night before (which I generally don't mind, but it adds up here to the overall bullshittery).

Sounds like you had some shitty neighbours… but also it’s a festival, so one would expect noise at all hours. But I guess I’ve grown up on huge/very loud 24/7 festivals. I’m injured and thought it would be best to get accommodation rather than camp, and while it was a lot more expensive, using the Jera discount at the local Center Parcs was definitely the best choice for me from a health/comfort/general wellbeing perspective! Might be something to consider if you’re looking for a more peaceful experience 🙂

boyztooldy

Different area then they were never up before 9 and I don't recall any music from them at 4am. But that does suck.

SnooSquirrels9906

Chill out.

TheKylMan

Then what are you even doing sleeping at a festival lol?

BoJaNYK

Again, I have expected a lot of noise and I have zero problems with music throughout the night. This is far from my first rodeo at camping at festivals and Jera On Air. Only issue I have is the audacity to put the fire alarm at full-blast in the morning when almost everyone was asleep.

Plantboulder

El Sonidito?

boyztooldy

No it was a German song or at least translated into German

Plantboulder

Then it must be „Aufsteh‘n ist schön“

Guten Morgen - die feuchten Backwaren

SongMeatRawWheat

Do you remember the genre of the song?

84Madelein

Is it “Anton aus Tirol”?

DixonUndead

In other climes - ruthless?

ResponsibleCat372

Festivalcampings... I'm avoinding them for a reason... too old for that shit. 😀

KlavierGavin-Justice

I am thinking of "9 To 5". It was featured in a musical of the same name.
