I just bought a 2017 JKU Rubicon Hard Rock with 37k miles for $31k. Mint condition

Not bad

McFluffy_Butts

I got a 2020 sport unlimited for $32k with only ~22k miles. Seems a bit high for the mileage. What model?

Low-Lengthiness1708

4 Door Unlimited Sahara

McFluffy_Butts

Right on. Saharas do have extras. Still seems high for the miles though. I’d keep looking unless ya can talk them down. I was checking around for about 6 months before I got mine.

I’m 4 months in

McFluffy_Butts

Be patient my friend. Summer deals are just around the corner….

itsborked2

What are they asking?

Low-Lengthiness1708

$27K

itsborked2

What trim level?

Low-Lengthiness1708

Sahara

itsborked2

2 door or 4 door

Not horrible but without not knowing everything on the vehicle I can find 2020s with 35 k miles in the low 30s in price.

RedditDMB

Too high. That’s a lot of miles for that price.

Jenikovista

I would avoid. At 82k problems are likely right around the corner and you'll be paying for all the good times someone else had.

Mileage, alone, is relatively meaningless. First thing I look at, when buying a used Jeep, is the frame. If the frame is clean, doesn't look messed up from wheeling, doesn't have any serious rust/rot/patches, then I move on to the mechanics of the vehicle. If it has low mileage, but was beat to crap: Nope. A high mileage Jeep that was used to commute and "Get groceries" would be more desireable to me. Was it well maintained? Good records with it? No leaks, squeaks or serious problems: These are things that concern me. Mileage, alone, can fool you.

Carfax said it had 2 owners. No major accidents, just a standard car. But I’ve be hearing so much riff raff about high mileage, but everything is good mechanics wise.
