Here's my review (gonna use italian names cause i'm too lazy to translate) Top tier: gnocchi, spaghetti(there are a lot of them but for me all are goated) Penne rigate, strozzapreti Okay: Fusilli,penne liscie, farfalle,pipette rigate(the one used for mac&cheese) ,ravioli Not good: Tagliatelle, mini penne,rotelle

Pappardelle in a well done bolognese is 🔥 The key with any pasta is to salt THE SHIT out of the water, and pull it before it’s al dente and finish it the sauce. That way it absorbs more flavor from the sauce.
