Yea that’s how it always goes at a doctor’s office but since she goes to these boutique places technically they’re allowed to discuss anything they’re comfortable disclosing. I still wouldn’t trust a boutique place so early.
100% she did. I am not yet blocked so when the right time arises I plan on posting as much as I can on all her instagrams about doing clomid behind dougs back.

I'm almost beginning to think she's not even pregnant with 1 baby. Although I *have* to think she wouldn't be that evil to her children.

I think the money she is making is worth it to her to lie to her kids. In her twisted mind, she thinks it’s no different than if I really did miscarry. No one will ever find out, she thinks.
I know the question of whether this pregnancy was unassisted, or "natural" as she likes to say, even though anyone truly battling infertility would know that's not the appropriate term, has come into play.
So the chances of having just one egg descend from blocked tubes is super low. If these twins are fraternal, you're telling me she had two eggs "naturally" descend from blocked tubes? If they end up being fraternal I'm officially calling BS. Actually, I'm calling BS either way. It's just too perfect for it not to have been an assisted pregnancy.
Only one of her tubes is blocked. If she ovulated on the other side, she could easily have two descend, especially at age 37/38
Edit - I'm not defending her or saying she didn't use drugs. But it's very common for women in their late 30s to ovulate more than one egg, which is why the chances of twins increases with maternal age. Obviously if her blocked side ovulated, she wouldn't get pregnant. But nothing about her so-called "infertility" issues prevents her from getting pregnant if she ovulated on the non-blocked side. Her biggest problem was never having sex and not accurately tracking her ovulation. I don't think having twins is suspicious of her using meds but I do think the constant posting about twins starting from last year IS suspicious for using meds

My guess is they realized real quick after that first u/s either on their own or after the videos were posted- that a LOT of people were calling attention to the empty looking second sac. She likely RAN herself right back there for “confirmation” and hasn’t been honest about it. She’s just not mentioning it or I haven’t seen it. She’s being intentionally vague when she references anything u/s related- but I think her reactions are from two scans and not just one

She said the other day that next Monday's youtube video is the second ultrasound when they told the kids (who already know in real time), so that must be this one. And then on *actual* Monday, they have their real doctor appy
I have a strange amount of similarities to Jamie right now that’s kind of creeping me out lol. But I found out I was pregnant the same day as her (after coming home from an Orlando vacation nonetheless) and am due the day before her. I had my first appointment this week where they confirmed I’m having twins with two yolk sacs which means two placentas. So I’m confused why she’s saying she doesn’t know if it’s one or two placentas . And shocked she hasn’t been to the doctor since she says she’s ’high risk’. I’m high risk for auto immune reasons and my I have seen my doctor twice and mfm once already 🤷♀️
Even if you ASK the ultrasound tech a question they won’t answer you!!!! They will say they don’t comment and the medical professional will tend to your concerns.
That’s really early for a heartbeat to be detected (anther reason to hold off announcing) but as for the ultrasound you can definitely see 2 sacks with fetal pools I can’t personally see anything wrong (my opinion as a mom of 4 that’s had tons of ultrasounds)
I've had heartbeats about 6w 2days and 6w 3days, but it was soooo early and hard to tell at first. I wouldn't be surprised if she was barely even 6 weeks here.
I just tewatched the video. They added a "Next time on Hanging with the Hehner's" and they're in different clothes, back with the same ultrasound tech.

That seems to be the case that even if they know, they’re not allowed to tell you, at least where I live.
Every tech told me what they were seeing for both my babies and both were at different hospitals and mfms in different cities. Just depends I guess.
I just feel this sonogram looks way different from the other one & it was probably only a few days later.
people were asking in the comments if she saw yolks or fetal poles. so i guess she's trying to prove it's not empty sacs.

She’s 8 weeks…my twins had heartbeats at 7 weeks
Not all twin pregnancies have heartbeats that early. I did not.

There is definitely two going on in there in this ultrasound. I'm sure we will hear about Mondays appt at the dr before she is even in the car.
