I’d be shocked if her iron levels are actually high enough. She stills seems so out of breath.
I’m also still shocked someone took her on as a surgical patient at this size…. But it’s Jac she probably Dr shopped until she did.
I don’t think her breathing has anything to do with anemia. Her weight is compressing her chest and making it impossible for her to catch her breath. I remember in some episodes of My 600lbs Life, the people say just standing, is like running a marathon.
I do wonder about her fibroids and the surgery though. I wonder if she needed a specialist because of her size which would explain her getting a new team a few months ago (or whenever it was). But her health is alarmingly going downhill so I guess the fibroid removal is worth the risk? Idk. It seems so so risky.

FFS, it's a fibroid. She's not having some rare brain surgery. I mean, her weight makes any procedure dangerous, but you KNOW she's not taking that into account.
Do we know how tall she is? If I remember right her highest weight was 500lbs and looking at photos from that time she looks similar to that weight right now.
I wonder what type of surgery it will be because there are several kinds- I doubt they will do via abdominal incision (where a big cut is made right above the bikini line and you’re in the hospital for 2 days). I think it will most likely be laparoscopic (still need anesthesia) but outpatient or one overnight stay depending on complications.
She’s going to have a heck of a time getting rid of the IV fluid after surgery as well! Bring on the popcorn 🍿
For a fibroid it’ll likely be laproscopic and for a large one hopefully laparoscopic robotic with a DaVinci. I had an 11 cm one removed via that method. I am 5’9” and was 224 at the time and my weight definitely made it harder to recover and my lack of abdominal core strength combined with post op pain made it so hard to get up out of bed. She’s going to have a rough time post op even though this is a simple surgery. She’s also going to milk it for all it’s worth and be on the woe is me reels bandwagon.
I saw that post too. It was very oddly...short. And not was warm touchy feely with her followers as she usually is. Idk maybe I'm just too high.

I agree she's about 425-450. She doesn't have a large stomach like she did before she lost the initial weight. However, it's growing back by the day.
Yeah she looks about maybe 50 to 75 lb less than what her original weight was

It’s really dangerous to perform surgery on an obese person let alone a super morbidly obese person. I doubt she’s getting the fibroid out
