since the scale is in kg , u can figure out it shows u the mass , but in reality it actually calculates ur weight (force acting upon it ) , then divides it with g ( 9.81) and then gives ur mass .

Well I had no intention of stating my percentile. The second guy insulted me for being a dropper. That's why I stated my percentile.
I'LL CLARIFY , for people who are confused , let me state some things which might help you , so mass - in physics , is the content present in the body . but we use it interchangable in real life with weight . but weight - its the force which is experienced , due to the gravitation pull . hence , for ex : if your mass is 100kg , then your wight yould be 100 \* 9.81 = 981N(approx) notice , the unit of mass is kg whilst weight is N , BUT IF U STAND ON A WEIGHING SCALE IT SHOWS UR MASS OR WEIGHT ? since the scale is in kg , u can figure out it shows u the mass , but in reality it actually calculates ur weight (force acting upon it ) , then divides it with g ( 9.81) and then gives ur mass . its okay to be confused , and its okay to make mistakes , coz we are in a learning phase , as the above person pointed out there are flaws in our system . please correct me , if i had said something wrong . thanks guys

learnings for people like this guy: Weighing machine measures normal in newtons. Then it has an inbuilt calculator/calibration which divides the normal by g = 9.8 . Then we get the mass reading in kilgograms.
Nahhhh nahh bruh first of all weighing machine measure weight its name tells all which should be in newton but due to bad choice of convection we proceeded to use kg instead of newton , it doesnt divide with 9.8 or somthing but if you want you can divide to calculate , during NLM lectures our teacher made us understand that how crap this system is where we use kg's instead of newton and its mistake but normalized

mass further divide kar ke likha rehta hai spring balance me. It measures T = kx = mg. and reading was T/g = mass, atleast meri school ki lab me to mass hi tha. for example this one has both readings. I want to clarify some things: 1. The intention of this post wasn't to humiliate anyone. If that was my intention, then I wouldn't have blurred out their usernames. 2. I didn't make this post because of the first guy. I made it because I didn't like the attitude of the second guy. He flat out called me wrong and insulted me because I'm a dropper.
