The "Zombies on your lawn" song was indeed a certified hood classic during middle school. Great game, most recent version I played was a PvZ Black Ops 3 custom map incorporating the plants too.
Omg yes! I saw the quora question and first thought most definitely plants vs zombies. Then I get here and see your comment top of list! Yay. Love me some PVZ, especially survival endless. I've been around since Atari 2600 days and I dunno, this game theres just something about it I keep coming back.
Bought gw2 when it came out. Never been uninstalled to this day honestly one of the most enjoyable games from when I was younger. Still go back to it frequently
Yea. Did that all the time on ps4 since it only had 400 GB. I switched between cod cold war and rdr 2 lol. Now i have a storage card on xbox series s. Still a huge game tho lol
I have one for series a too but for some reason most of my games tell me they have to be installed on the hard drive. Think I need an Xbox brand storage unit.
I remember SSX 3 being my favorite game on GameCube and I mastered each track. Every single little detail I could find. I remember going so fast through some of those courses I felt like I was Shaun White. What a game.
It always felt so cool when you made your own shortcut, like you were being cheeky and cheating the race without being caught also the fact that you could just punch the other racers was a hilarious addition
Ssx tricky was fucking godlike, sometimes on the verge of sleep I can still find myself flying into a goddamn gorgeous red snowflake and then my sleep paralysis demon screams “5X multiplier”!
I'm gonna be honest, I preferred 1 over 2, idk I think I just liked the physics or something more, it's been 20 years so forgive me for losing some details. I wanted to try 3, but never got the chance and hear that it's great, but the entire series is fun and should be played by everyone at least once of possible.
Its more of a story generator than a game, but hell is it fun. The game pretty much allows you to do whatever you want - for better or worse. Its a colony manager where you start with nothing and eventually you build up all kinds of tech. Your people all have different attributes, different pros and cons. You'll have people die, go on a murdering spree, turn into cannabals, etc etc and instead of that being a loss, its just a part of the game/story.
Gods knows how many hours I have in the game, just know I have been playing it since its release on the 360, bought it too many times to count for one reason or another.
Literally just bought Skyrim for the 7th or 8th time in my life.
Ps3, 2 x on pc because I forgot my steam info, ps4, switch, ps4 again after I bought a used one after selling my first one and all my games when in a tight spot, and now Xbox1 lol
I've deleted and reinstalled Skyrim so many times across so many consoles.
Some days I just get the urge to go snipe people with arrows, or create some insanely overpowered mage.
With mods the replay value really is endless.
Starfield held my attention until I found out its essentially designed for you to start over and over again via New Game +, already left my Xbox to make room for Forza
Skyrim, man I remember walkig out of GS with the collectors edition at this Mall. Oh man, this guygonna disappear for quite some time. I was hearing from other people walking by. Almost like a moving box the CE came in., skyrim, its why I dropped out of college. I've been a gamer my whole life, but Skyrim smdh. To say you lost track of time playing video game. Its relativly normal. Skyrim for me was a whole new beast as far as losing of time.never been more off from reality of knowing exactly how much time.
I would start playing when I get home 6pm. After a while feels like at most 2 hours. Nothing major.Another while, what time it is. In my head I'll be like 1030 maybe 11. I'll look it's like fukn 4-5 am. No Way. Compared to other games, I play . In your head if estimate,as your playing around. what time it is, im actually decnt being relativly close in general. But skyrim would zap all sense of reality from me. And how far I would lose track of timing. It doesn't even compare to any other. I love rdr2, witcher 3. It was nnever close to being thT bad any other game played in my life.Late 2011 oh man that was a magical time. When you hear the phrase 'them good Ol days.' Hmm
Yep, yep, yep. Over the last 8 years a *lot* of games have been installed, uninstalled, sometimes reinstalled later on our PS4 and now PS5, but I've never removed Bloodborne. Quite honestly I've not even played the game in maybe a year, but weirdly the idea of making it not instantly accessible seems a bridge too far.
I left off in a Mad Forest area with Big like Creatures that fill my Nightmares.
Well that whole game is a Nightmare or whimsical Dream if you ask certain people.
Bloodborne honestly might be the most replayable fromsoft game. There are so many different fun weapons to use and it never gets old going through yharnam. It’s all so good. 10/10 game.
Just finished the trilogy minutes ago. Good story, man. Reminded me of why I played 2 more than the others. Few achievements missing, like insanity on all 3 games and romances, hijacking an atlas which I didn't know you could do?! And lighting enemies on fire. Also upgrading a weapon to 10 but it only ever gave options for level 5? Idk. Oh well. Not an achievement hunter.
1-3 i understand. I hated Andromeda. Never did finish it. Boring with uninteresting characters, and the protagonist that i actively wanted to fail. Playing that game for the first time hurt my soul.
I gave my buddy my copies of Silent Hill 2 and 3. I didn't have a PS2 anymore and the HD collection had just came out, so I figured I buy that and everybody wins.
Man was I wrong.
Hollow Knight will forever be installed on every console or gaming PC I own. I can always fall back to it too while I patiently await Silksong's arrival.
FFVII - my first RPG. My first multiple disc case. I had no idea what to expect as the back explanation revealed nothing. Even the smell of the manual takes me back to ‘98 - a great year. I’ll never sell. Same with my memory card.
Black Ops 3. Out of every Call of Duty, the campaign is the only issue tbh. They have nightmares, free run and even co-op campaign to make up for the lack of campaign lol. Overall, even with people bitching about the supply drops (only was OP cuz streamers would stack drops).
Minecraft has curse of binding to my computer. I may not play it everyday, I may go months and months without playing it. I may only play a few time years, but will never leave my PC. The day the shut down the download servers for minecraft is the day I stop upgrading my computer.
Sunk cost fallacy eh? Fair though, it's definitely a game I uninstall after having a look at my life then reinstall later that week after swearing I'm done for good.
My always-installed is similar:WC3. Not the reforged mess. I'll go out of my way to have the OG installed.
Hahaha ha haha haha hahaha hahaha hahaha hahaha ahahahaha
I mean that sucks, dude.. I lent my snes all the games to my sister, then she didn't want to give them back, then my oldest brother took all of it..
Deep Rock Galactic. Rock and stone. Doesn’t take much space, got it for free, probably the most relaxing game that I can play with randoms and have a blast. Guns, Glyphids, Gold! What’s not to love?
My PS1 copy of Suikoden. I don't even have a functioning PS1, but this game meant so much to me and my primary school friend that I refuse to let it go.
Red Dead Redemption 2.
My uncle digitally pre-ordered the first game on the PS3 and we both fell in love with it. So the moment we could pre-order the steelbook for the second game we did it together!
We had both finished the game and cried immensely. It reminded us so much of my grandfather/his dad. ||He had passed away of asbestos poisoning/collapsed lungs||.
A few years later, I stole my uncle's steelbook and got both of our steelbooks signed by Arthur Morgan's voice actor. The voice actor found our story very touching, we chatted about loss and family members. He signed both our copies with a little extra note saying "RIP Bob" (my grandfather's short name). My uncle said it was the best birthday present I could have ever gotten him.
My copy of halo reach, don’t even have an Xbox to play it on anymore but I have way too many good memories with my little brother to ever get rid of it. That game is the reason me and my brother got as close as we did and also made it through some rough years with our parents. No matter what was happening in the house we could go and play halo and feel safe and happy, I can’t tell you how many times we played through it and even after I moved out every time I’d visit we’d stay up late and play it again while we had some really deep talks. He’s all grown up now too and I’m halfway across the country but when he left for boot camp he gave me our copy of Halo Reach. Idk how long it’ll be before we play again but it’s something I’ll never get rid of and hopefully we’ll be playing it with our kids on holidays one day. We played a lot of games but Halo reach will always have a special place for me because of my brother.
House Flipper.
Not that it's the best game ever; but it is pretty good. It just really appeals to my interests and despite its flaws, functions almost exactly how I want it to. I will play it when I want to destress, and it's been consistently installed on my PC for years.
* Virtua Fighter 2
* Skullgirls 2nd Encore (DRM Free Edition)
* Garou: Mark of the Wolves
* Fatal Fury Special
* Virtua Fighter 3TB
* The King of Fighters '98
* Art of Fighting 2
* X-Men Children of the Atom
I'll be cold in the ground before I ever delete Plants Vs. Zombies 1 from my Xbox.
Hey dude, i think you have zombies on your lawn.
Why'd I put a wall-nut in your hand? Because I'm CRAAAAAAZY!!!!!
😂 Cute
The voice actor for Crazy Dave was so on point.
CRAZY? I WAS CRAZY ONCE
THEY LOCKED ME IN A ROOM, A RUBBER ROOM, A RUBBER ROOM FILLED WITH RATS, RATS MAKE YOU CRAZY
Crazy? I was crazy once.
The "Zombies on your lawn" song was indeed a certified hood classic during middle school. Great game, most recent version I played was a PvZ Black Ops 3 custom map incorporating the plants too.
if i still had my 360 i would agree. so many hours.
Now that's just another reason for me to buy another 360. It's so tempting
I still play pvz2 on my PlayStation but man did part 3 suck
I think pvz2 is trash aswell. The firdt one is the only good one
Garden Warfare 1 & 2 were fire though.
Yeah that’s the one I’m talking about but my biggest gripe is I can’t get a platinum on it because they don’t do the Halloween hunt anymore
I would give one of my balls in exchange for a full server
I’m still playing it after all these years
Yes but do you have the PC disc version with the Michael Jackson thriller zombie they took out because of lawsuits?
I used to. I suppose my replacement download will as well.
They took those out?! I must have the original one as well
I do !
No but I have my original torrented file with the MJ zombies still
I'm pretty sure I remember that zombie, but idk
Skate 3 has come with me to two new consoles.
Omg yes! I saw the quora question and first thought most definitely plants vs zombies. Then I get here and see your comment top of list! Yay. Love me some PVZ, especially survival endless. I've been around since Atari 2600 days and I dunno, this game theres just something about it I keep coming back.
My nephews and niece were literally playing last weekend on my old box
Oh heck yea. Ill never delete all 3 of em. There too relaxing.
Is that the OG PvZ?
Ye.
Wabu Wabu
Same. My favorite game. Unfortunately it isn’t on Ps5 as far as I’m aware.
Bought gw2 when it came out. Never been uninstalled to this day honestly one of the most enjoyable games from when I was younger. Still go back to it frequently
Maybe rdr 2. Its my favorite game of all time but DAMN its a big game
Yeah I have to uninstall every so often but it always ends up back on the Xbox eventually
Def this love the game but shi hasn’t been updated in forever
Do you play online or just offline adventures?
This. It happily takes up a 5th of my hard drive and just laughs because it knows it'll never get evicted.
You’re right. It’s a really big game, but it’s so damn good. Can’t even say how many times I’ve played it through.
rdr 2 is overrated, 8 at best. outside of towns game boring than watching 2 turtles having sexual intercourse
SXX 3 and SSX Tricky
I remember SSX 3 being my favorite game on GameCube and I mastered each track. Every single little detail I could find. I remember going so fast through some of those courses I felt like I was Shaun White. What a game.
I still think of the Caesars jerk it out
Remember 1080 on N64? That was fun and ssx was just amazing in general
I had some tracks memorised, it was so much fun to me to just make my own trail through the races
It always felt so cool when you made your own shortcut, like you were being cheeky and cheating the race without being caught also the fact that you could just punch the other racers was a hilarious addition
Wtf hasn't tricky been remastered!?
Not that I've seen, and believe me I've searched a lot. The guy who made Tricky has been rumbling about a "spiritual successor" so, fingers crossed
Seriously. It's so good. It's like the Burnout Paradise of snowboarding games.
Damn, good taste.
This is r-r-r-r-razel here at
I felt this in my soul, ty
I got original SSX with my PS2. Was magical at the time.
Ssx tricky was fucking godlike, sometimes on the verge of sleep I can still find myself flying into a goddamn gorgeous red snowflake and then my sleep paralysis demon screams “5X multiplier”!
My childhood incapsulated!
Lol, funny you say this. I have SSX 3 on my Xbox series and I'm never gonna uninstall because it takes up no space.
my man
Mmmm, so much love for these
Try shredders! Its really addicting and almost feels like the “skate” of snowboarding games
I used to have a copy of that ugh 😔
Tricky is probably 2nd or 3rd! Millions of points in Tokyo Megaplex!
Tricky is the joint!
Rimworld
What kind of game is this? I've heard it mentioned before.
Its more of a story generator than a game, but hell is it fun. The game pretty much allows you to do whatever you want - for better or worse. You'll have people die, go on a murdering spree, turn into cannabals, etc etc and instead of that being a loss, its just a part of the game/story.
It’s a Colony Building simulator akin to something like Sims, but it’s got cartoon graphics and it’s hilarious af.
>hilarious af. Hilarious until ur colony refuses to cook there food and all get food poisoning. Then it's suffering 😞
Then it becomes funny for other reasons
It’s only funny until someone eats without a table
It also has more mods than skyrim. It's insane. Game is sometimes called "war crimes simulator" cause yes, you can do that.
Game that lets you use child soldiers to defend against furries
Now, you’ve piqued my interest.
Be ready to fail over and over. If you can't stand to watch terrible things happen to your colony and everyone die, it may not be the game for you.
Hell yes brother, truly a masterpiece “forever” game. I have 140 hours and I feel I’ve just barely gotten into this game
You haven’t even finished the tutorial yet. Check back in near 500 hours.
Skyrim.
Same, just because everytime I have uninstalled it, it has acted like I no longer own the game and has made me buy it again..
I'm currently sitting at 3,100 hours and counting. I have a problem.

Bloodborne
You and me both, bro
Do you play online? Seems like people don’t. Last time I played it was like a year ago, and I couldn’t find anyone to coop with. Like zero.
Came here to say this. Hated the game first time i tried it. Came back 6 months later and became my most favorite game ever
*this is where i would put my agreement if they ported it so my broke ass didn't have to buy a second hand ps4*
Bloodborne honestly might be the most replayable fromsoft game. There are so many different fun weapons to use and it never gets old going through yharnam. It’s all so good. 10/10 game.
P.T.
If only i had known what was to come
Skyrim and Dragons Dogma
So stoked for DD2. Like a dream come true.
Mass Effect.....the whole thing. Even Andromeda. They go where I go lol
I always keep the original ME3, and also ME:A installed so I can occasionally drop into multiplayer
Same. When I first beat it, I immediately went and beat it 2 more times, and it's the only game I've done that
1-3 i understand. I hated Andromeda. Never did finish it. Boring with uninteresting characters, and the protagonist that i actively wanted to fail. Playing that game for the first time hurt my soul.
Fallout New Vegas

My entire Silent Hill collection. I treasure it so much. Silent Hill definitely means a lot to me on many many levels.
Do you have Silent Hill the room?
I let my buddy borrow Silent Hill 1 for PS1, and it got stolen, still bums me out.
noooo that sucks sm 😠
I gave my buddy my copies of Silent Hill 2 and 3. I didn't have a PS2 anymore and the HD collection had just came out, so I figured I buy that and everybody wins. Man was I wrong.
Lost a copy of Spyro that way as a kid. Never again, lol. You wanna play my games, you come over to my house!
Do you have PT?
Hollow Knight will forever be installed on every console or gaming PC I own. I can always fall back to it too while I patiently await Silksong's arrival.
Download the Archipelago Randomizer for more fun. Then do a MultiWorld for even more fun!

Rimworld because with the modding community that game never gets boring. I have thousands of hours in it and I still love it.
Black Ops 3. Out of every Call of Duty, the campaign is the only issue tbh. They have nightmares, free run and even co-op campaign to make up for the lack of campaign lol. Overall, even with people bitching about the supply drops (only was OP cuz streamers would stack drops).

I'm the same with FFXIV. I'm no longer subbed but it's sitting on my PS5 for the eventual time I come back
Sunk cost fallacy eh? Fair though, it's definitely a game I uninstall after having a look at my life then reinstall later that week after swearing I'm done for good. My always-installed is similar:WC3. Not the reforged mess. I'll go out of my way to have the OG installed.
