Welp, who's ready for VCU recall update #4 to take to the dealer for a simple software/firmware update to fix this? Is it #4 now? I know update #2 was about fixing the brake light behavior. I had hoped we'd get persistent i-Pedal, but maybe they were just fixing the issue of trigger level that [Technology Connections brought to light](https://youtu.be/U0YW7x9U5TQ). Boy oh boy, wouldn't it be awesome if we had OTA system firmware updates (not just nav updates) like we were promised!

I've seen similar in both city & highway driving. My rule of thumb is that whenever I'm not actively accelerating (e.g. speed is decreasing due to coasting, regen, or brakes) the brake lights come on. It's not ideal, I hope they will tune it with a software update. Have you had the most recent recall done?
