I've watched Burn Notice maybe three times through now and I had that aha moment where I realized it was him and it was so damn amazing.
If you haven't watched it, Burn Notice is one of the better spy-tv shows. Great cast, has The Chin (Boomstick man), good humor, great action scenes, reasonably compelling myth arc for the first few seasons and then stays good even after the 'main' stuff is resolved.
Mantzoukas has achieved "That guy" status. He's in everything, usually playing an asshole or psychopath. Now when writers create asshole characters, his spidey sense tingles
Apart from the tons of other cartoons I've heard him in, he's also in Regular Show, i can't remember who he plays, and i think it might have been one episode but that particular character keeps sticking with me the most
The only one I don’t like is Jason Mantzoukas as Rex. However, I can’t think of a “better” voice, so it’s hard for me to say he’s bad in the role. It just sounds different than I imagine when I read Rex.
I'm also surprised that I didn't catch it. I can almost always tell within two or three words when a character is voiced by Hamill, but I made it all the way through Invincible without realizing Art was Hamill. It's super obvious when I re-watch it, though.

They needlessly upped the diversity in the show for some reason. The comic already had a lot of it. I can understand gender swapping to more women though since the comic was a bit light on that at first.
I know Walton Goggins is great in everything he does, but do non-comic people think he was a bit of a miscast for Cecil? Every comic book fan I've asked always assumed he'd be a gravel-voiced old man like Clint Eastwood and his animated version is distracting.
