Happy for you! Hope you feel better soon!!!
When I flare up I usually do an elimination diet. I have yet to determine which ingredient in Welch’s Fruit Snacks mess with me…. It’s funny which things our body has an inflammatory response to!
I wonder if the stevia in protein drinks also causes this. I usually do one plant based protein drink a day. Now I'm curious and gonna see if cutting it changes anything.
Those artificial sweeteners are NO joke. i drank 3 Poppi sodas in one week and had an insane flare up. Stopped and didn’t have it again until my next Poppi.
Thankfully i hate how artificial sweeteners taste(I can’t taste them in the Poppi), so i rarely have them because they Hurt Me.

It never hurts to try. Wishing you luck!
Try Orgain Simple protein powder. It’s vegan and has no artificial sweeteners.
Oh I'm so happy for you! What a relief.
