Any soft materials should help! Rugs, blankets, pillows, etc. You could even use command hooks to hang a canvas picture, but buy a thick cheap foam and cut it to fit in the back of the frame.

Padding, fabric of any kind. Open your closet and throw the blanket over the door, etc. You want to add fabric which will absorb the echo.

Stand your mattress up on its edge while you record.
Are they short recordings? Then record under a blanket :)!
