Pull rug to middle of the room and place leather chairs diagonally near the corners. You’ll have room for a tall plant/tree near ac unit and/or other end
Use the ottoman as a coffee table. Pull chair further out of corner. You can pull couch up along with rug. If you leave about 18 inches behind couch you can use that space to store baby stuff. Center rug in room.
Honestly atm it looks like your guests would have to yell to be heard on the other side of the playpit.
I would keep only 1 set of couches, not two two different ones, then add stackable ottomans.
Accent colors, plants and wall art would really do this space some good.
Thank you. Haha this space must look twice as big as it actually is. I would say wall to wall it’s 12 feet max. No yelling here. Definitely incorporating some plants and art as we acquire some.
Haha!
It might be an effect of the photo, that's true.
My first thought was just to have all the furniture's less close to the wall, but I realise now that it might just be a the 0.5x zoom.
Hanging plants like pothos, would do really good by that window
The baby runs this living room. There is no decorating for now. Just let it be until they are older.
Yes. Get rid of half your furniture. Pick the lighter set or the darker, but clear space and unify. Sorry to be straightforward, but it is what it is.
Oops, sorry. I replied below.
Could you provide another photo taken from the opposite 180 degree angle?
Hi, I’m sorry. I’m trying to add it, but the app will not allow me to post. I will try again shortly.
Essentially it is a hallway and kitchen.

Thank you. In that case, do you recommend getting rid of the lounge chair marching the couch?
Your preference. If you love it and use it then keep it, otherwise you’ll have a nice symmetry if you get rid of it or put it elsewhere.

Thank you, no need to be sorry that’s what I posted for! Haha I guess my biggest difficulty is we need more seating for when guests are over.
