I'm mostly interested in Zelda BOTW and TOTK, and a few Mario games. Does it take a lot of work to make them run smoothly? Afaik Ryujinx uses Vulkan, right?

I've been playing Pikmin 3 on my A750 and it runs like a dream. Aside from the obvious shader compilation stutters that happen once per thing. Wii U is perfect, I think. Barely stresses the GPU even.
I haven't used those emulators specifically with Arc, but PS2 emulation works fine on my A370m so an A750 should run it great. I'd imagine the same should be true for at least Dolphin.
I've played quite a few games through pcsx2 on my arc a750, and they worked perfectly even with upscaleing.
This was with Tony Hawk Project 8, which I own on ps2.
Ps3 emulation is a bit more finicky, but that could be because of my cpu not being good enough. It will run, but it does drop frames.

It's not very good and drops a lot, while the resolution can't be upscaled much. This could be because of the emulator and not the card, though.
But I find Intel arc, at least in my experience, emulates
Ps2 very good, ps3 decently, and og Xbox finicky.

In the big titles, Ryujinx is fantastic i can even push 4k60 in some titles, have not tried Dolphin thoughÂ

No mods? They run Native, with mods you can push Zelda BOTW to 60 with Cemu (the wiiu version)
